Meeting Hollie

I woke up in the morning to the sound of my alarm going of. I eased out of the fort, trying not to wake anyone. I pulled off my pyjamas, pulled on a 'nothing to wear' T-shirt, my new hoodie, some Aztec patterned leggings and my black converse. I did my hair into a fishtail braid today, then topped it off with my new hat. I headed out the door with a bottle of leftover ice tea and my satchel, then headed to work whilst listening to 5sos.

When I arrived at work and got behind my desk, I had about 30 minutes spare. I took a sip from my lemon ice tea and heard the person next to me gasp. I turned to her and smiled. She had gorgeous long golden hair, big blue eyes and amazing light skin. She also had such a nice smile. She looked like someone who would be a great friend. 'That is literally my favourite drink.' The girl said as she also pulled a bottle of it out of her handbag. We laughed and got into a good conversation. 'Im Hollie by the way.' 'Im April.' I said with a smile. 'What are you working on?' Hollie asked quizzically. 'Im creating the new Disney princess.' I said proudly. 'Awesome, I'm creating her sister. Shall we work together?' She asked. 'Id love that I said as I pulled the sketches out of my portfolio and switched on my animation computer.

Me and Hollie had such fun choosing different outfits for them, changing up their hairstyles and jewellery. 'Do you wanna hang out after work?' I asked. 'I would also love that.' She answered. So by the time we had finished the basics on the computer. We sent them to Will, drove back to my house and hung out.

'Hey guys!' I said as we walked in my house. 'Ive got a guest!' They all ran in and welcomed her. Dan stopped in his tracks when he saw her. Him and Hollie both had wide eyes and open mouths. 'Hollie!' Dan screamed, running into a hug. 'Hoe do you each other?' I asked whilst joining the hug. 'We were neighbours for about 6 years until they moved down here.' Dan replied. 'Well, that's awesome! But if you don't mind, me and Hollie are gonna go out to get froyo. Hope, gonna come?' I said. 'Sure!' Hope said cheerily as she pulled out her hoodie and docs.

We all got on so well, me and Hollie had so much in common. At the froyo shop, we even got the same order. Me, Hope and Hollie were like the new three amigos.

'Hey guys.' Hollie started. 'Do you guys wanna go clubbing at the weekend?' 'Sure!' Me and Hope said in unison. 'But...we don't have any clubbing clothes.' I said sadly. 'Thats fine, let's go shopping!' Hollie announced. So we all got in the car and headed to the mall. We went into the shop forever 21 and got to the bright colours. In the end, I chose the cutest blue and silver Aztec mini dress with long sleeves, and Hope chose a gorgeous emerald cocktail dress with gold straps.

When we were in the changing rooms, I asked Hollie to help me zip it up. I think the sleeves were rolled up a bit. She quickly zipped it up then gave me a huge hug. I looked down and saw the old red scars covering my wrists. 'Have you stopped?' Hollie asked hopefully. 'Yup, I got help from a certain someone's boyfriend.' I said as I pointed to Hope and mouthed Phil. Once we had paid for our dresses, we went back to the house, arranged clubbing timescale then J drove her back to her house.

I think me and her are gonna be good friends.
