Kimora's POV

"So who's retiring next camp?" I ask as I look at today's line up.

Today's the first game of the season and we're playing Chelsea at home.

I'm very excited.

"Ash and Ali's is first in Orlando then Carli's in Philadelphia." Mom says from the seat across the table from me on the bus.

The first people to have their retirement game's we're Becky, Pinoe, and A-Rod.

Pinoe's match was in Seattle, A-Rod's was at the Banc of California Stadium in LA, and Becky's was in St. Louis and all three matches took place during the August/September international break.

"Oh." I say then I look at my bus buddy. "Are all European bus' like this?"

Weirdly the bus we're riding on has seats that face each other with table's in between them.

"Yeah." Jackie says.

Jackie asked me to be her bus buddy and obviously I said yes.

I really like Jackie.

We've spent a lot of time together since we met a month ago.

We have weekly date nights, we always go out for coffee after training, and she comes to every one of the after school boxing classes I help teach.

"Cool." I say.

"Where are you two going on your date tonight?" Mama asks.

We play at 2:30 so after the game me and Jackie are going on our weekly date.

"Uh dinner then we'll probably go for a walk and see if there's anything we wanna do." I say as the bus stops outside the stadium. "We'll just play it by ear."

After the bus stops everyone grabs their bags then we get off the bus and head to the locker room.

When I get to the locker room I put my stuff down in my locker then I open my bag and grab my jump rope.

Once I have my jump rope I follow the girls out to do the pitch inspection then I stand off to the side and do my normal skipping routine with the jump rope while listening to music.

After 15 minutes I stop doing my jump rope thing then I follow my teammates back to the locker room.

When I get to my locker I take my AirPods out, take out my nose ring, take off my necklaces and my rings, then I put my jewelry and AirPods in my bag.

Once I'm jewelry free I put on my warm up top then I put on my game shorts.

I then sit down in my locker, put my long, curly, raven black hair up in a ponytail, put on my socks and put on my black and rainbow boots.

After my boots are on I head onto the field with the outfield players

When I get on the pitch I run through my warm ups with the starters for a while then we head back to the locker room.

Once in the locker room I change out of the training top and change into my Red jersey while the coaches do their last minute talks.

After the last minute talks are over we are told to head to the tunnel so I head to the back of of the line in the tunnel.

Once we're in the tunnel I stand behind Jackie while Mom and Mama stand behind me.

Minutes later we are told to head out onto the field for the prematch stuff so someone leads us out onto the field

Once on the field we stand in line for a few seconds then we shake hands with the Chelsea ladies.

After we shake hands, Katie does the coin toss, then we do our huddle before we head onto the field.

"LET'S GO MOMO." Kyra shouts from the stands. "YOU GOT THIS."

"Well that food was delicious." Jackie says as we walk out of the Japanese restaurant.

"I don't think I wanna eat again." I say as Jackie intertwine's our hands.

"Me either." My soulmate says then she leans her head on my shoulder as we walk down the street. "So watcha wanna do now?"

"OOH." I say then I point at a building. "Putt Putt please."

Jackie giggles then she leads me into the mini golf place.

Once inside Jackie and I get our clubs and golf balls then we head to the first tee.

"You first Miss woman of the match." Jackie says.

I got woman of the match in our game today for some reason.

We tied 1-1 and I had the assist for Leah's goal.

"Okay." I say then I set my ball down and putt it towards the hole. "Not bad."

"Nice." Jackie says then I move out of the way and watch my soulmate hit. "Yay."

"Hey you wanna make a bet?" I ask.

"What are your terms?"

"Loser buys coffee after training for a week." I say.

"Deal." Jackie says then we shake on it.

After we shake, Jackie and I both focus on winning our bet.

Over the next hour Jackie and I try our hardest to beat each other.

"I WIN." Jackie shouts when she sinks her last putt on 18.

Jackie had 28 shots while I had 30.

"Boo." I say then I stick my tongue out her and turn my back to her.

"Oh come on." Jackie playfully says as she appears in front of me. "Don't be so pouty."

I huff then I exaggerate my pout

"Would you like a hug?" Jackie says.

"Yes please." I say with a smile.

Jackie giggles then she hugs me.

"Mmm." I mumble. "That's nice."

"Come on Kimora." Jackie says. "I'm feeling dessert."

"You read my mind." I say then I pick Jackie up Bridal style causing her to squeal.

Once Jackie's in my arms I carry her over to the counter, hand our clubs over, then we leave the putt putt place and head down the street to a bakery.

"You know I can walk." Jackie says.

"Mhmm." I say. "But I like having you in my arms."

Jackie blushes then she rests her head on my shoulder.

"So you ready for tomorrow?" Jackie asks.

Kyra and I's female only gym company launches tomorrow and all 480 gym's open tomorrow as well.

"I think so." I say. "We've got everything ready so we just have to open the gym's."

"What are you doing for the opening?"

"At the one you saw we're having an open house during school hours then we're going to have a free boxing class for school age girls to showcase one of our many classes and after school programs."

"Well that's sick." Jackie says. "Luckily we have the day off tomorrow."

"All of the girls said they we're gonna come by and visit tomorrow." I say as we get to the bakery.

"They will." Jackie says then she kisses my cheek. "Now let's get some dessert."
