Aria watched as Sif and the Warriors Three reach for their weapons, and Thor as he races from the hall, to the depths of the palace below.

After his departure, Sif, the other warriors, Loki, and being pulled with him, Aria, followed Thor in a few short steps behind. Before they could see the intruder, there was ice being shattered and melted around the floors. One icicle not being properly destroyed made its way to the seven, close to impaling Thor, but stopped by a wall of shear purple. Six of the seven looked at where it came from, never having seen something like it before.

Aria placed her hand back to her side, taking a breath in, and trying to relax so that her eyes would lose the tent of purple. She glared at the stares, tempting them to say anything. Everyone turned their attention back to the melted remains if the frost giants. Loki however, kept his attention on Aria, and decided to hold her hand.

Amidst them, shrouded in shadow, stood a black metal creature, a fiery glow coming from within it. It dawned upon them all that they have lost a battle.

" The Destroyer." Sif named the giant, within its hands, holds the Casket.
" I thought it was but a legend." One of the three warriors said with awe. Odin entered the room behind they Asgardians, and Halfling, as the Destroyer sets the casket back on it's pedestal. It moved back to its post, and the faint orange glow, slowly extinguishes within it.

" I've never been inside the Vault before. It's said the Tesseract was once held here." Aria snapped her head to look at Robin Hood, then she glanced back at Odin, with a questioning look in her eyes. Just how much do Fury and him know?

" The tesseract? I thought that was but a legend too!" And here I thought Thor was the oaf...

" Shush!" Aria may not have like Thor and his friends very much, but Sif as of now was no longer on that list. She continued watched Odin as he surveyed the destruction around them.

"The Jotuns must pay for what they've done!" Of course it would have been Thor to act without thinking first.
" They have paid with their lives. The Destroyer did it's job, and the Casket is safe. All is well." Odin declared calmly, his power as king showing. It was obvious to most that was Odins way of telling them to drop it, to most...

" All is well?! They broke into the Weapons Vault! If the Frost Giants had stolen even on of these-"

" But they didn't." Odin claimed, interrupting Thor's fit.
" I want to know why-"

" The casket of Ancient Winters belonged to the Jotuns. They believe it's their birthright." Thor was only growing more angry as the fight progressed. Everyone else just stayed to the side, not wanting to get between the two.

" And if you hadn't taken it from them, they would have laid waste to all the Nine Realms!" Aria failed to see the point in Thors statement.

" I have a truce with Laufey, the Jotun King."

" He just broke your truce! We must act!"

" Thor you don't know for sure that was his decision. They could have come here without his knowledge." Aria finally said, trying to get him to see his father's point. Thor looked at her as if she had just betrayed him, and Odin dismissed Sif and the other three warriors.
" Leave us," they left and all Aria and Loki could do was watch.

" And what action would you take?" Odin asked after they four where gone.
" March into Jotunheim as you once did. Teach them a lesson, break their spirits so they'll never dare try to cross out borders again!" It made Aria rather mad that his first instinct was to go to war and seeing how proud he was because of it. How could Odin possibly think about making him king?
