The Infinity Stone

He apologized. Genially apologized. " What the hell happened to you in that cave, did they hit your head to hard?" 

Tony laughed softly, at his daughter since of humor, it being very similar to his. " Well, that and they did dunk my head in water a couple of times." Aria smiled before opening up about her experience.
" Lucky. I would have taken that over them waterboarding me. I've never looked at water the same," she laughed sadly. 

" Thank you."

Aria looked up from tracing a finger around her arm. "For what?"

" For everything really. Finding me, even though I completely neglected you for years. For letting me talk to you now. I really wish I realized this earlier. I'm so sorry for everything, but I hope you will give me a second chance, I know I can't fix what happened before, but I hope to make sure it doesn't happen again."

Aria honestly had no idea what to do. Deep down, she really wanted to say 'fuck off' but another part wanted to give him a chance. To finally have a real parent figure. " I'd like that. But it's going take me a while to trust you." She could see Tony visibly relax, whispering several ' thank yous.' 

Aria's phone vibrated, when she pulled it out the name Ellie popped up on the screen with her picture. She flipped it open and read the message. " And here I was under the impression you had no friends." Aria smirked at her father comment and closed her phone, shoving it back into her back pocket.
" She's an exception." Her father let out a soft mhmm, truly enjoying this moment. 

" I know  I found your location, but the cave had been on fire and you, not in the scene. So how'd you do it, how did you escape? Has it to do anything with that?" She asked poking at her dad's new accessory. 
" Come over here." He stood up and took her to his desk, and had J.A.R.V.I.S., pull up a his invention.
" Holy crap. That is absolutely terrifying."  She mumbled while walking around the hologram of her dads suit. 

" My thoughts exactly, I'm going to make Mark 2 hopefully not completely fall into pieces," he began taking parts of the image and throwing them away, till he was able to get a much smaller and workable prototype.
" That would be ideal, I would assume. What exactly do you plan on using this for?" 

" Protection really, I guess." 

" Glad to hear I shouldn't get any new siblings," she mumbled to herself, hoping it wouldn't reach his ears, though it did. Before he could add anything to that  train of thoughts, her phone once again buzzed, she pulled her phone out once again, and her whole face fell when the one and only eye-faced man was the one calling her. " I'll come back round later, gotta take this or I will never here the end of it." Tony sadly nodded, and didn't think twice about who the caller was.

She walked through the front doors, assuming she would be leaving." I just visited you, what else more do you want?" She could here him roll his eye on the other line.
" I've got some information you might want." It wasn't an offer, it was a demand. She had to listen to everything she was told, or she would be put down. She wasn't like a agent like most antiquated with the base would be. Like with H.Y.D.R.A, she was far to important to get in the wrong hands or die.
" I'll be over soon. Where to this time?" Right when she finished her sentence, a fancy black car pulled into the driveway. Of course. 

She closed her phone, hanging up of Fury. Agent Coulson opened the back seat for her, and she slid in, Coulson closing the door and getting in the drivers seat and leaving her home. "Must be important if he sent you." He only nodded, personally scared she would blow something up. Aria new of his fear of her, everyone seemed to be terrified of her. 

The drive was long and boring, she felt relieved when they pulled into a garage that lead to a warehouse. Waiting for her was Fury, he held the door open for her so she could get out of the car. " Nice set up got." 

Fury ignored her and lead her to a table, where a file and a briefcase sat. " Sit." He told her, she sighed and complied to his order.
" Nice to see you too," once again, her comment fell onto deaf ears. He pulled out paper and slammed them in front of her. The front page had a drawing of a blue cube, being titled as the tesseract. " See you've taken up art."  

" This is not a joke, Stark. This is one of the six infinity stones littered around space," Aria placed her hand on her chin,and rose her eyebrows, mouthing wow in a sarcastic manner. " You seem to have power, similar to these stones," she took her hand of her chin and placed them on the table. 

" So you're telling me, I have super powers or what not, because of these, so called infinity stones. Wow. If I'd known this, I'm sure things would have been soooo different. Can you just get to the point, what does this mean. Will you kill me, where the hell are they, and does this paint a bigger target on my back?" 

" I've only seen the tesseract once, a few years back. I don't have much information about the stones, but I am working on that. We won't kill you, but just remember you are being watched. As for there location, Most of them are protected. And yes, this most definitely will paint a bigger target on you're back, should this reach unwanted ears." Aria fell back into her chair already exhausted. 

" And what happens when this reaches unwanted ears?" 
" We'll cross that bridge when we get to it. But if this is the case, you are a lot more dangerous then we originally perceived. You must be careful, promise me." She rolled her eyes and sat straight.
" I pinky swear I'll be good. Can I go now? I've got plans."  He waved his hand, dismissing her, Agent Coulson offered to taker her home, but she refused. She knew she was being tracked and watched with everything she did, but she wanted a moment without the obvious following. 

She walked for a good thirty minutes before knocking on a door. She heard movement from the other side before a brown headed woman opened the door. " There you are! I thought you wouldn't show." She stated while pulling her in the house, placing a small peck on her lips.
" Got dragged into shit." Ellie nodded, while pulling on her jacket.
" Well then lets go shall we?" Aria smirked, and nodded, letting Ellie lead the way. 

After spending a good while with her girlfriend, Aria made her way home. When she made it to her detestation, she walked into Obadiah Stane a man she hated more than anything. " Honey go get your father would you?" He asked her, she turned around with a snarl and headed to the basement.
" You've got company." She told him through the intercom and headed to her room. When she got there without anymore human interaction, she fell onto he bed, knowing sleep would not come to her peacefully.
