Aria decided to give her father and his lover sometime to themselves, pondering if she should tell Pepper. This would be something she would tease her dad about for a long time coming, he was never great at making friends, and when he did...

She went to find Thor, she could tell that he had several questions to ask her, but they haven't had time to speak. Unfortunately, Nick Fury or Phil seemed to be a package deal with whomever she wanted to speak to. 

"As soon as Loki took the doctor we moved Jane Foster. We've got an excellent observatory in Traunsee. She was asked to consult there very suddenly yesterday. Handsome fee, private plane, very remote. She'll be safe." Phil told Thor, on a monitor before them was an image of Jane, Thor's... friend? Aria really didn't know. 

" Thank you. It's no accident Loki taking Erik Selvig. I dread what he plans for him once he's done. Erik is a good man." Aria stood besides the large man, not knowing how to comfort him. He still wasn't used to seeing her around.
" He talks about you two a lot. You changed his life. You changed everything around here." Phil said, trying to lighten the mood. 

" They were better as they were. We pretend on Asgard that we're more advanced, but we...we come her battling like Bilchsteim." Thor admitted, and he wasn't exactly wrong, Aria thought.
" Like what?" Phil answered both their questions.
" Bilchsteim? You know; huge, scaly, big antlers. You don't have those?" 

" Don't think so." 
" They are repulsive, and they trample everything in their path." 

" Wait, you're telling me that the whole time I was on Asgard, I could have seen one of these, you didn't tell me?" Aria asked Thor, slightly hurt. He gave her a smile, and walked over to the side of the ship and looked out the window. 

" When I first came to earth, Loki's rage followed me here and your people paid the price. And now again. In my youth I courted war." 

" War hasn't started yet." 

" Ah, I was wondering when you would show up, Nick." Aria stated, earning a scowl form said man.
" You think you can make Loki tell us what the Tesseract is?" He wasn't really asking one or the other.
" I do not know. Loki's mind is far afield, it's not just power he craves, it's vengeance upon me. And grief and regret from Aria. There's no pain that would prize his need from him." 

" I tried to see when I spoke with him, but it was blocked." Fury was disappointed in hearing her answer, and went back to Thors.
" A lot of guys think that, until the pain stops." Thor stood staring at him.
" What are you asking us to do?" 

" I'm asking. What are you prepared to do?" Aria craved for a nap, and hoped that once she awoke all of this would have passed.
" Loki is a prisoner." Thor stated.

" Then why do I feel like he's the only person on this boat that wants to be here?" Fury asked, in which Thor did not answer. Fury left for a moment, leaving the two alone. Thor placed his hand on Aria's shoulder making her facing him.

" What happened, I thought you had died my friend," Aria looked up at him apologetically. " Why would you do that?" It was her turn to look out the window, thinking the best way to answer. 

" Asgard needed you, not me. Only you could have stopped Loki, so I did what felt right." 

" You could have stopped him, maybe things would have turned out better if you had." Aria looked back up at him from his confession.
" Heimdall told me some of what happened. But there's no point on dwelling what could have happened now." Thor nodded, agreeing with her. She could easily see the ways he's changed for the better.   

" I thank you my friend. Even though you may not be married to my brother, I still believe you to be my sister. What you did that day, was more than any of the bravest soldier has ever done. I am sorry that you were placed in the situation, and here now, again." Aria was shocked at his sentiment, and did something that shocked him.
