Nearly three months had passed since Pepper told Aria what had happened to her father. During that time, Aria had successfully tracked her father phone, not originally having anyinformation of where he went, and where he had been ambushed. Rhodey had wanted to keep her from any stress, not knowing what could or would happen, so he told her that they would deal with everything and bring him home, and asked for her to try to relax and not stress about a thing.

Aria being the daughter of Tony Stark, had done the complete opposite of what she had been told. It had taken it much longer than she had wished to find where his phone landed, but after weeks of trial and error, she found it and had finally been able to make real progress. Because of having her fathers genes, and the years at Hydra, Aria had become rather an expert at locating people, especially people who didn't want to be found.

After she tracked where he was before he was taken, she located any signs of living around the area, when she had she manage to enter there horrible guarded data base and found what she had been looking for, for nearly the past two and a half months. She saw through security footage, her father, alive and well. Working on another project. She couldn't tell what it was, but didn't care all to much. She had found him, she let out a joyful laugh.

" Holy fuck, I did it." It was a different kind of accomplishment, she hadn't been forced to find him, if anything she was told not to try to find him. She didn't know what to do anymore, did she tell Pepper, Rhodey, Obadiah. Pepper would probably have tell Rhodey, Rhodey would get a team together to go collect her father, and Obadiah, she had no clue what he would do.

Aria picked up her phone and called a number, for the first time in years. She wasn't the most social person in the Universe and had never directly seek out humans.

Aria are you ok? What's going on?

Of course he'd be concerned when a frighteningly clever woman called him.

" I um, I found him. Tony I mean. I'm sending you his location now. It's time for Tony Stark to be back in the world."

Rhodey looked at his phone with confusion and shocked when she had just hung up on him. Of course she would, give him this kind exciting news, then hang up. His phone buzzed, and true to her word, Aria Stark did find her father. Finally after weeks on weeks of looking for this bastard, he was finally found.

Unfortunately, he could exactly hop on a plan and retrieve him. It had been another week until they could go to Afghanistan.

When Aria told Pepper, she cried. She thanked the Stark girl, saying she had done the right thing, and how proud she was of her. It had been one of the nicest thing anyone had ever said to her. Aria only hugged her back and whispered, " and now we wait."

Tony never felt so happy to see a loud obnoxious helicopter and friend. He hugged him, not wanting to let go. They got Tony settled in, and checked over for any wounds. They gave him a sling for his arm, and told him it be best if he could get as much rest while they where in the air.

As the door began to lower, and Tony could see who was waiting for him, he felt his stomach drop, when he saw Pepper, but no Aria. He looked down and cursed, knowing fully well it had been his fault. Before he went to walk to his assistant he turned to Rhodey. " I never got the chance to thank you for finding me."

Rhodey chuckled and placed his hand on his uninjured shoulder. " Never thought I'd see the day were the Tony Stark thanked someone. Though I'd love to take the credit, it wasn't me who found you. You got one smart child, you should be proud of her."

Tony did feel proud, along with another handful of emotions he didn't know how to deal with. So instead of focusing on them, he walked down to see Pepper for the first time in three months.

Did she feel bad for not meeting her dad? No. Well, a little. She had been in yet another meeting with Nick Fury, who was beginning to become impatient with the reluctant girl sitting across from him. " I need you to be fully aware of what will happen to you if you have another episode." Fury told her sternly, to which she just rolled her eyes.
" Yes, yes. You have made it quite clear. For the past, ohh I don't know... three, four year?"

" This is serious, we have no idea what causes this. You could be a cause sever harm to people you care about if you don't get your ass out of your head." Aria looked down at her left arm, which she had tattooed ( picture above), to try to cover up the scares Hydra gifted her with.
" Again, you haven't let me forget. Now, I believe this check up has come to an end. If you don't mind it had been an absolute crazy few weeks, and I'd love to get some sleep. I'm only..."

" 19"

" Yes. I'm only 19 years old. give me a break."

She didn't wait for Furys ok to leave. She left the overly complicated building, and rushed outside. She hated it here, she knew she wasn't 'normal' but they didn't need to rub it in her face every month. She slammed her hands in her pockets and made her way home. Fury would be gone for a while, thankfully.

Her phone buzzed, it had been Pepper, apparently Tony had told the world Stark Industries would no longer be making weapons. " Well today has been full of surprises." she mumbled to herself.

She knew he would be home when she got back, but she tried her best to make it back to her room without being detected. " Miss Stark has returned, sir." J.A.R.V.I.S had announced.

"Traitor."

Aria was surprised that Tony himself had come up to see her, and hadn't ordered J.A.R.V.I.S for her to come to him. She was even more surprised when his wrapped his arms around her. Aria had never been an affectionate person, and had no idea what to do with her arms, so she slowly patted his back. " Welcome home?" she said not sure if it was a question or a statement.

" There is a lot I need to talk to you about, if you'll let me." Aria could only manage an uncertain smile, having no idea what he was going on about.
