she wanted to walk, so here we are, walking that is. i'm not quite sure where we are going. libby seems to know my area pretty well- but she is dragging me behind her nevertheless.

i find out where we are walking when we are on the main road, right opposite the turning for the tesco extra. at this point i was quite excited, like a small child on christmas, tesco truly was a god send.

libby was just as excited as me, if not more. our hands were held tightly in each other's and swung freely between us. the car park wasn't busy at all, for the size of the place.

"big tesco, quite romantic, don't you think?" she was happy, so i was happy.

"personally? no, i'm more of a waitrose shopper." libby stopped in her tracks- the middle of the toy isle, turning to face me, her mouth agape, eyebrows furrowed.

"w-waitrose." trying to suppress my chuckle i pouted my lips and nodded at her. libby took a step back from me, raising her hands in surrender. "if you don't tell me you're joking, i'm going home in the next five minutes."

oh, she was serious.

i took three strides forward so i was directly in front of her. public displays of affection definitely weren't something i was too keen on, but i didn't know how long i had left. so i bent down and kissed her. in the middle of the toy isle in tesco. "of course i'm joking love."

i pushed the words into her mouth and kissed her again. from this act i gathered she also wasn't one for PDA, but all she did was peck me gently on the mouth and then trotted away.

we ended up in the isle with board games, libby had already focused her attention on to me, watching me intently with narrowed eyes.

"do you own monopoly?" i shook my head.

"guess who?" i shook my head again.

"uno?" once again i shook my head.

libby's mouth opened then closed repeatedly, before running down the isle and grabbing all three games. "get your favourite snacks theatre boy, we are having a game night."

and our tesco trip ended with alcohol, snacks and a trolley full of board games.
