This is such a random Oneshot but I was just on a trip and the place we went had a big train you could go through and for some reason I got this weird idea for a story. So enjoy!😂❤

JUGHEAD'S POV
Today was me and Betty's four year anniversary since we first got together. I wanted to make today special but we had already done everything. I've taken her on countless dates all over town. Nothing was gonna surprise her, except for one thing I heard her mention the other day.
She wanted to go on a train and get to experience the whole eating and relaxing while the train is going around the outer parts of Riverdale. So I bought us both tickets. And woke up early this morning just to surprise my lovely girlfriend.
"Where are we going?" Betty asked coming downstairs.
She was already dressed, her hair halfway pulled back. And her purse on her shoulder. I told her to get dress but nothing else.
"Someone special. Just trust me." I said.
She walked over to me. I gave her a small kiss making her smile.
"I trust you, but I don't like the idea of not knowing where we are going." Betty said.
"You got to live your life on your edge Coop." I said.
She gave me a small smile as we walked to the car. After an hour car ride we pulled up to the train station. She looked around then at me.
"Are we going on a train ride?" She asked.
"Yes ma'am. I thought it would be something cool to do for our anniversary" I said.
"I love this! Thank you." She said giving me a kiss.
"Your welcome baby. I already bought our tickets. So let's go get in line to get on the train." I said.
"Okay!" She smiled.
We both got out of the car. She grabbed my hand as we walked to train. After a short wait the guy took our ticket. We both walked on the train seeing some younger couples, then some older ones. Even a couple families with kids. I led Betty to the front of the train which was more relaxed seating. We both sat down. Betty looked out the window seeing the train beside us as well.
"Thank you for this! I don't know why but going on a train is something I've always wanted to do." Betty said.
"Of course baby. I heard you mention this to Veronica last week when we were hanging out with her and Archie. It's what gave me the idea actually." I said.
"Well thank you for listening handsome." She giggled giving me a soft kiss.
We talked about some things, then we heard the conductor over the speaker. After a couple minutes the train took off. Betty looked over at me with the biggest smile.
"This is so cool." She said softly.
"Oh you just wait." I said.
A couple minutes later a couple waiters came from the kitchen. They handed me and Betty a menu along with the other people in our section of the train.
"We get food?" She asked.
"It wouldn't be a date with me if we didn't get food." I smirked.
"Oh be quite." She giggled.
We ordered our food, then waited awhile before they brought it back out. Betty and me ate everything on our plate.
"This food was amazing!" She said.
"It really was!" I said.
I loved seeing her happy. Joy was taking over her face.
"Thank you for being an amazing boyfriend!" She said.
"Thank you for being an amazing girlfriend. I'm really glad I've got to spend four years with someone like you." I said.
"Me too. You changed my world." She said laying a soft kiss on my lips.
I went to say something but was cut off by clapping. The head chef had a cake in his hands. They sat it in front of me and Betty.
"Congrats on being together for four years!" He said.
"Thank you so much!" Betty said.
Once they left me and Betty finished the small cake. The rest of the trip we took pictures and talked. When we got home that night her mom was in the kitchen.
"How was it?" She asked.
"The best experience with the best person." Betty said.
And that's when I knew she was most certainly the one I wanted to marry.
