Unwanted Flashbacks and memories.

- Heard about ghosts hauntings, even heard about minds getting haunted by worst past memories.

(Narrator's Pov.)

There are just somethings that hit hard for many people. We all have our weak and hard spots in our hearts and chests that make it seem unbearable to live with or carry everyday. And sometimes we all have to live with that pain or whatever your feelings are. People have thought that it's wrong for feeling a certain way. But that's what I call bullshit. Because you can't say what anyone's feelings are you tell people what they are feeling because first of all you aren't them you aren't there mind nor are you there feelings sometimes it's easy for other people to control their feelings and some not.
But for Josephine that feels impossible to do because she has never missed something so much in her life and it seems unbearable to her because she did have everything she could ever and for from her husband and a bright future until everything faded and everything wasn't so bright for her anymore.
Sometimes you just have to keep living through the motions.
Because that's the only thing you can do.

(Josephine's Pov.)

Have you ever wanted to know the difference between a flashback and a memories?. Yeah me too. Flashbacks can come on suddenly and feel uncomfortable. Some are mostly like nightmares than memories because sufferers often can not distinguish between the flashbacks and reality, feelings like the traumatic experience happening again. Flashbacks are vivid sensory experiences.
Some flashbacks or memories sometimes feel like a dream that you can't wake up from and it affects people differently.

(Hero's Office.)
(Flashback.)

Josephine sneaks in hero's Office when he is at work and sits down and finds a file folder that states Mary Grace Fiennes Tiffin. Who the hell is Mary Grace Fiennes Tiffin?. It says here that she was hero's late wife back in 2017 but everything ended up bad when they had a drug bust. It says that hero is the son of Martha Fiennes and George Tiffn was involved in many crimes drug busts and many gangs that wanted them both dead and when Martha and George went to jail to jail for their crimes hero took over and stepped in his father's and mother's Footsteps. Josephine Scanned the article to make sure she read everything right and in fact she did.

She doesn't hear the door open and when she looks up and she's hero standing in the doorway watching her every move with angry eyes. She quickly stands up but hero moves much faster than her and grabs her wrists.
"what are you doing in my office Josephine?." he asks her. "Umm I was doing some cleaning." she answers back. "Well my love that is a lie and do you know what to do to people who lie to me?." hero says and Josephine starts to move back. But he grabs her wrist tight. "Yeah I know I am sorry it won't happen again I promise." she gives him a fake smile.
"Well then I will hold you to that if you break your promise you will have a punishment understood?." he says to her. "Yes hero sorry." she whispers. "Good then get the hell out of my office." he says and she does just that.

[End of Flashback.]

[Flashback to when hero and Jo first met.]

"so Jo this is your Co-star Hero Fiennes Tiffin." Anna says the author of the after series. "Well it's nice to meet you hero my name is Josephine Eliza Langford and I am playing Tessa Young." I say to him. "Yeah I know who you are playing Anna told me before my plane landed." he says. "Oh well then that makes it even better." I sat to both of them. "Well then we need you two to get to know each other to kind of get a feel for each other and it always good to get to know more about each other." Anna says and we both nod. "Well y'all will be both sleeping in the same hotel room so that makes it even better for you guys to get to know each other go clean up before dinner." Anna says and we do as she says.
We get back to our room and hero turned to me and said "I don't like people going through my things so if you become nosy don't look through my things you might find things out that you don't need to Got it princess?." he asks me. "Yeah got it." I say strangely.

[Flashback to when hero and Jo became interested in each other.]

"I really like you Josephine like really like you." hero says which melts my heart because I have feelings for him to. And I am happy he is telling me he has feelings for me because I can't control myself anymore when it comes to him he makes me feel things that I would never have imagined I would feel you know sexually. I am woken up when I star having flashbacks of hero lord when is this going to be over I just want this to be over or I want it to be a sick fucking dream. I start crying into my pillow.
