summary-Peter gets into a fight with Flash. Things get out of hand and the teachers are calling their parents, although they have not known who Peter's parents really are for a few years now

⁛Peter POV⁛

I get out of my bed when I hear my mom screaming "Peter! Are you awake you have school in 15 minutes!" I find some pants and yell back "I'm coming!" Today was just a normal day at school, I am a bit done with normal days. Nothing happends anymore, no avenger stuff to do or anything.

"There you are" My mom stands with a waffle in her hand and gives it to me. "Pepper hun, can't you make me a waffle to?" My dad walks in the room. "Hey kid, have a good day at school. Don't get in any trouble okay?" He tells me "Don't worry I won't" I give him a kiss and walk out the door to Happys car. "Morning Pete, how are you?"

"I'm fine Happy, thanks for asking" after a short while the car arrives at school. I say good bye to Happy and walk in the building. 

Times passes by slowly and the bell goes for lunch time. When I get out of class I see Flash walking up to me, MJ and Ned are in a other class so I'm all alone. "There you are Penis, I have been looking for you."he says in a harassing voice. 

I try to turn around when he takes my shoulder and pushes me against the wall. "Flash leave me alone" I say with difficulty because he grabbed my throat. 

I try to breathe when my spider sense starts to tingle violently. Flash makes a fist and punches me in the face. I can feel a little blood running down my lips when he hits me again, this time in my stomach. I'm starting to have trouble breathing and feel like I'm going to pass out. I do my best to stay awake while serving as a human boxing ball for Flash. When Flash hits me hard in the face everything goes black and I pass out.

"I'm sorry flash but we have to call your parents, just as we have to call Peters." I hear when I wake up, calling my Parents? Did I just hear they had to call my parents? "Sirr, you don't have to call my parents. I'm fine by myself." I tell the teacher who is standing by the door of the med bay. "We have to, they have to take you to the hospital." I know they won't take me there cause we have our own in the stark tower where uncle Banner takes realy good care of anyone how get hurt. 

I start to panick cause if they call my parents they have to come to school. "Peter has no parents sirr, thats why he doesn't want you to call them. He only has his aunt" Flash didn't know that May died two years ago and Tony and Pepper adopted me as there son. The number school has is from Tony his prive phone.

 When the teacher lefts to call our parents Flash turns to me. I try to get up but my head tells me to lay down. now I feel my nose and ribs really hurt. My nose is probably broken and my ribs at least bruised. "Thanks to you they are gonna call my parents Penis! Its all your fault!" Flash yells at me.

"They are gonna call my parents to, and its not my fault you beat me up." I say "You don't have parents Parker. Isn't that right? They left you with only your aunt" I try to keep my breath under control. "They didn't left me! And my aunt is deadth as well, now you know. Happy?" I yell with tears in my eyes. Flash looks at me without any sympathy or regret for what he had just said. 

"If your parents and aunt are death, who are they gonna call?" I don't know what to anwser on that so i keep my mouth shut. "Your parents are coming, Peter have you parents been here before? I recognize your dad his voice." I didn't lie when I said they have never been here before cause it was the truth. 

"Now he is gonna tell his dad is Tony Stark sirr, he cant stop lying about a internship At SI."  Flash spoke. "I know flash and I don't believe his lies either but we have no proof he doesn't have a internship." The teacher says back. I can't believe that this was happening. I closed my eyes again as I hear the door open. "Flash boy! What have you done!" I hear a female voice. "Did you finally kick that lier his ass Flash? Good job." A other voice, probably his dad. I almost fall asleep when I hear my dad his footstaps In the hallway followed by the sound of my mom her heels.
