Peter and the rest of the avengers have a ongoing waterfight game going Peter's high school class unfortunately gets caught up in during a field trip

⁛third person POV⁛

Peter felt a giddy buzz under his skin as he waited for the bell to go, much like his classmates.

He had promised his dad he'd come home directly after school, because it was Wednesday, and ever since peter was living with the man full-time, Wednesday was pancake day.

Ever since Peter could safely reach the kitchen counter Tony had decided they needed more bonding time, and Peter wasn't going to argue with that!

Recently, Steve had decided to join occasionally, but that man had never seen a microwave before  in his life and couldn't fix himself an apple if he tried, so that didn't work out too well.

Fire department had to be called, let's just say, he has a special talent...

He gets pulled out of his thoughts by Ned's elbow jamming in his side. "Dude, pay attention!" he said, nodding towards the teacher.

"Before I let you kids run off to whatever it is kids do these days," Mr Harrington started, rubbing his hands together, "I have some fun news to share."

The kids started to whisper conspiracies, Betty had gotten the idea of getting a class puppy in Ned's head, and the two had been bugging the poor teacher about it all year. Peter didn't think that was ever going to happen though.

"Next Friday, we have a field trip planned. now, I need you kids to promise you'll be on your best behavior, you'll be representing the school, and with that your futures."

Excited cheering broke out. Peter had never had much luck with field trips, either he had to go home sick, or you know, he got bit by a radioactive spider,  or a lift crashed almost killing the whole team. whatever it was, it left him rather... excited to see what was next.

"Our school was one of the only five in the whole state to be offered a tour of Stark industry." Mr Harrison shared, even he sounded excited.

"Peter! this is amazing! do you think we'll meet Mr stark? will he sign my hat, do you think?!" Ned whispered, his eyes sparkling with excitement.

Peter rolled his eyes. "dude, he can literally sign your hat anytime you want him to."

So what if he was a little disappointed to go on a trip to his own house, and meet his own family. He was growing a little tired of pretending Tony Stark didn't mean the world to him, but he would obviously have to keep the Peter Parker charade going.

"Why the long face, penis? afraid your big ol' friend Stark won't recognise you?" Flash sneered from across the classroom.

"Spare your voice Flash, you're going to need it when you meet Wanda, going to freak out like a fangirl, won't you?" MJ replied before Peter could get a word out. Flash turned red. "oh, was that supposed to be a secret? don't worry, I won't tell," She said innocently, like the whole class wasn't listening in.

She smiled knowingly as Peter gave her a thankful look.

She bell rang, and Mr Harrison quickly waved the permission slips up in the air, reminding everyone to take them home to their parents.
