Yulette Antionette Tasse, daughter of Amelie and Louis Tasse. Also the sister of Berle Tasse. Her father had died when she was very young, but life was never too tough for Yulette. Her family was rich, their family had always rich. Yulette loved her home and life in Marseille, France. She felt as if it was perfect for her, like it was meant to be.
That is until Yulette got dragged into a traumatic situation, and it causes them to move to Hawkins, Indiana in July of 1984.
They lived up Loch Nora, which was sort of the 'rich' street of Hawkins. After the situation, her Mom became more over protective. But she still loved her, no matter what. Her brother was always the same controlling and annoying older brother, even after the situation. He was only a year older than her, but he acted towards her as if he was grown.
When Yulette started at the new school, she got bullied for not fully knowing English. She easily got confused by simple words and has an extremely thick French accent. This gained her the nickname the 'Eng-less' girl. Everyday she went to school she felt like she was slipping deeper and deeper into her nightmares.
She never felt safe anymore, especially not after the situation back in France. Sometimes she wished that she never got involved in the situation, and that she never liked girls. This all happened because she liked girls, and she liked one certain girl. Who didn't like her back.
In fact, the girl she liked was so homophobic that she took drastic measures. Yulette felt stupid, she couldn't believe that she actually believed that she was her best friend. The bumps on the back of Yulette's neck represented her trust issues. After those bumps and bruises were placed on her neck, so were her trust issues.
She never showed the back of her neck in public, she usually wore some sort of scarf or wore her hair down. She vowed she would never fall for someone again; well, she did vow that.
But did she keep her word?
