Anna POV: I put the letter down and we crowd around to look at it.
Hello queens
Welcome to the 21st century. I am but a simple force bringing you here. Every month you will get £100 each for food shopping, £300 for other things and £50 to save for a rainy day. Now I brought you back a little out of order didn't I? Well that's down to who I think is smartest. Meaning it went Cathy, Jane, Catherine, Anna, Anne and the child. Your ages are as follows in order of your return. 20, 21, 20, 19, 17, 16. Have fun

"I don't like that the force isn't nice to Kitty" I say, looking over at her. She looked a little upset.
"Wanna go and get snacks after dinner, build a movie fort and watch a movie together?" I whisper and she nods, tearing up a little.
"Hey. It's okay. Would you like a hug?" Jane says and Kitty shakes her head.
"N..no touch. Please?" We nod and get things set up for dinner.
"Jane can I burn the note?"
"Anna no fire" Jane says, giving me a look as she sets out the dinner. There's silence as we eat and then once we're done me and Kitty head out. Side by side, not touching. We find a shop and she grabs a shopping trolley.
"Can I sit in it?" She asks, giving me the cutest and most impossible to say no to pout ever.
"Go for it" she climbs in and we go get snacks and drinks as well as blankets, pillows and a cuddly toy cat for Kitty. I couldn't help it. She did the face again. And she used to send me so many beautiful gifts in the past so now it's my turn to give her nice things. We pay and head back, immediately running to the attic and making the pillow fort/movie room there. We pick a movie and sit side by side. Halfway through she falls asleep and her head plops into my lap. I pull a blanket over her and she sighs in content.
The next morning
Kitty POV: I wake up with my head in Anna's lap. I jolt up. What did I do?! Anna was sitting up fast asleep. I can't have fallen asleep. What day is it?!
"Anna! Kat! Breakfast!" Jane calls and Anna wakes up.
"Food?" I nod and pull a blanket around myself and tuck the stuffed cat she'd bought me under my arm as we head downstairs. It felt comforting to have those. Anna had a blanket too and looked almost...sad. We sit down to eat and then go about our day. I'm gonna prove to that force that I am smart! And I'm gonna start by putting the coat racks under the stairs together and in place. I switch on the closet light and get to work.
