"Y/N! KUROO! YOU GUYS ARE MY OTP!" you heard someone call from the crowd, causing you to laugh, "what the hell is a otp?" kuroo asks, "one true pairing-like two people meant for each other." you say, smiling for the cameras as they flash in front of you and your fiancée.
"mr. kuroo! how does it feel knowing your team will be going to nationals?" an interviewer asks, "its feels great, they exceeded my expectations." he smiles, raking his hands through his slicked back hair, "how do feel they'll do?" another interviewer questions,
"with their brain, spine, heart, and lungs-i put my full trust into them. i know they'll do well."
kuroo was now the coach of a japanese volleyball team, and he was rather popular, after winning two tournaments against two well-known teams. those rose to the boards within no time. most people expected him to go pro with volleyball, though he felt as if he was better at motivating people, yet he'd never doubt his volleyball skills.
"miss l/n! how do you feel about the upcoming premiere?" an interviewer asks you, "i'm so excited! i think people will genuinely enjoy this film and i cant wait for it to come out in theaters!" you answered happily, you were approached by another interview shortly afterwards.
"-not to mention your dress is um, stunning! what are you wearing tonight?" she leaned the mic towards you, "this beautiful fuchsia dress is by none other than, giorgio armani, shoes are from armani as well, and my accessories i've spent making them in my spare time!" she nodded, "well you look gorgeous! enjoy your night." you waved.
as you talked to another interviewer, you felt someone come behind you, kissing your neck, you recognize his scent almost immediately. "and look who's joined us? miss l/n's fiancée mr kuroo himself," the man says, "is it true the two of you are engaged?" he held the mic in front of you both.
instead of verbally confirming it, you hold out your left hand displaying the euro-styled ring with a silver diamond studded band, a rose quartz gemstone replacing the 24 karat diamonds the seller was so bent on kuroo buying. "and there it is ladies and gentlemen! these two, were never on-but are officially off the market!"
"can you believe this, babe?" you turn to him in awe, "we're at the oscars!" you jump up and down like a kid, "you say that like it's random. we're here because of your raw talent, you truly never fail to amaze me," he intertwined your hand with his. "like everyday is christmas and from you there's a new surprise every time."
you couldn't help but smile at his suave words, sitting down in the front row, you two listened to awards, the nominees, who won, and their brief speeches. after patiently waiting, the moment you've been waiting for finally came. "it just started, i can't believe it's almost over. alright, nominees for best actress!"
"saeko tanaka, viviene takagi, ren ichinose, and y/n kuroo!" with each name called a small clip of each woman called was displayed on the large screens around the auditorium. a small drumroll began, "and the winner is-y/n l/n! get your gorgeous ass over here girl!" the host jokes.
you chuckle holding up your dress so you don't trip as you walk up the stairs to the stage, you accepted the award from them, and cleared you throat stepping in front of the podium. "thank you all so much, i could've never gotten where i am in such a short amount of time without any of you,"
"and to my fellow nominees, i'm so glad to have you all as friends and we will share this award no matter what. i'm so excited for what the future has in store for me and i appreciate all of you, thank you!" you smile, a few tears slipping from your eyes, as you go to sit back down, "why're crying baby?" kuroo asked.
"i never expected i'd make it here-this far , but i'm glad i'm did, because i got to do it with you." you sniffle, wrapping your arms around him. "i love you." he replies, "i love you," you put your hand in his,
"to the moon and back."
