I could almost smell the rest of the undead clan as I saw the cave. It was at a good distance but I saw some light, like it always was. I kept walking further and then I noticed someone else walking towards where I was. I didn't think they notice me though. A cold and sudden wind blew through the air and it hit my face and I picked up the scent of that person. It was him.

Walking up to him made me tremble. Like I've been waiting a million years for him. I think he noticed too, because he started to walk faster. I was almost in tears and my non mortal heart started to beat rapidly. I was only a few inches away from him and I grasped his face gently. "Impossible." He muttered. "Completely possible." I muttered back, right before I touched our lips together. Moving them in sync. I've been waiting for this to happen the first time I saw him. We stopped, and he was still in shock. "Oh, Marko." I whispered, in tears as I threw my arms around him. He hugged me tighter.

"Guess who's back?" I called loudly as we entered the everlasting cave where my boys always hid out. "Amaris, nice to see you." David chuckled, Marko looked like he was about to snap his neck any second. I pushed him behind me. "MARIS!!" Paul came running and screaming in, and lifted me up in his arms. "Paul!" I smiled at my best friend. "I'd knew you'd come back, and now you can come with us everywhere we go and we can go hunting together-" Paul babbled on. "-wait, who ever said that she was coming with us?" David smiled his evil smile and walked slowly towards us. Paul's smile faded. "She can't survive on her own, David, you know that." Paul glared at him. "She already has a family, don't you Amaris?" David smirked towards me. "But, I-" "She talks to Sam, Michaels brother, and the frog brothers well enough." David explained just getting happier at the second. "You what?" Marko asked, seemingly hurt. "Marko, it was before I even knew you, and they're just my friends." I shuddered. "The frog brothers are vampire hunters, Amaris." He slowly gazed up at me with those sad eyes and I instantly got weak. "They can't kill us, love, no one can." I tried to smile, but he simply walked away. Paul huffed as well, still pissed at David and I stood there in silence. "How could you!" I screamed at him. "Oh, I'm not the one whoring around with mortals." He snapped at me, anger in his eyes. I was still scared, even if I was like him, I wasn't strong enough. "I'm not, you asshole! God, just go fuck yourself!" I yelled and stomped out of the cave. I was feeling so many emotions and to think I didn't even know what emotions were two months ago. Why is everything so messed up? I just want Marko here right now.

After a long walk through the town of Santa Carla, I was on my way back to the cave. Hoping everything would be blown over. But, when I reached the cave I saw the boys all smiling. They were surrounded with Chinese food and a guy with dark curly hair. I sneaked my way to the fountain and tried getting a better look. Star and Laddie were first in clearing. I never see them around. I climbed over the edge of the fountain and I noticed that the guy was Sam's brother, Michael. Oh my god.
