It was so lovely hearing and seeing the familiar, and very much missed, bright lights, laughter and the smell of warm and lively food. God, I just wanted to eat them all. Marko sensed my urgency as he held me slightly back. "Are you warm enough?" He asked, looking at me as I was just in a lite t-shirt. "Of course." I raised my self up on my tip toes to kiss his lips for resurgence. He smiled down at me. "I'll meet up with you losers later." I exclaimed, already walking away. "Are we getting dinner later?" I could even hear Paul's smirk. "Of course!" I shouted back, chuckling at them, as I turned back. The first place I headed to was my beloved Frogs.

As I walked in their comic shop, I noticed the two were busy with a few costumers. Perfect, I smirked. I wanted to surprise them with my presence, since I haven't been here in nearly months. That's until- "What are you doing here?" I heard Sam's cold stern voice. I turned around, grinning at the sight of him. "Oh Emerson! I've missed you!" I giggled at him. I wasn't lying though, I really did miss him, and I really did miss when he didn't hate me. "Shut up Amaris, you shouldn't be here." Oh, so he owns the boardwalk now. Okay. "Oh Sam, what in the hell are you gonna do about me then?" I gripped his shirt, getting really close and slightly licked my fangs. I think he even leaned in, until he harshly pushed me away. "You've changed, I don't like it." He muttered, looking pitiful. "I love it." I grinned widely yet again, probably looking insane. "So, you're theirs?" He asked, taking a glance at me, my smile slowly fading. "They don't own me, Sam. And neither do you." All of them, even my boys, have always treated me like some sort of pet. "I worry about you Amaris!" He slightly shouted, both of us earning looks from others. I smirked and then walked away noticing the Frogs were unoccupied. "Heeyy." I smiled at the two. They both snarled at me. "Wow damn, I'll go. Im hungry anyway." I smirked, again showing the fangs. Both of them cringed and stepped back as I practically ran out the comic shop. I was extremely fast now.

"Where the hell have you been, Maris?!" I turned around to see both of my grinning boys. "I've been looking for you, did you find any food?" I asked, looking over at Marko who was looking away from me. "No, but you did, didn't you?" Paul giggled. "What? no, they're off limits, Paul. We've been through this." I explained, again trying to get through his head. "Marko?" I had gotten closer to him. "Why can't you see it?" He muttered, Paul had walked away and started chatting up some girls who were passing by. "See wh-?" "That he loves you Amaris, and you do too." He snapped, I could see the utter hatred in his glowing eyes. I never mentioned the name of any of them because of this, and now Michaels in the midst. Literally fuck you, David. "No, Marko." I leaned up slightly to comfortably touch his cheek. "Why do you try and see him?" He wouldn't even look at me. "He was my friend, Marko! And I'm just trying to patch things up! But he hates me anyway, damn." I snapped back at him. "Hey guys, I found some dinner." We turned around to see Paul, smirking at us. He was obviously trying to get us to stop fighting for once. "Alright, where they at?" I laughed walking with Paul, as Marko staggered behind us. He can't really be jealous over them could he?

Paul let us to a small house party which was near nothing. God, that bastard always had the best ideas. "Dude, how did you find this place?" I asked, as we all stopped to stare at its beauty. Ahh, fresh blood. "The girl at the boardwalk told me about it. Come on, let's go." He chuckled, leading us toward the house. There was only about 20-30 people here. "Come on Marko, you should be happy about this." I tried to get him to at least smile at me. "I kinda fell bad since Dwayne and David aren't here, but we would get more." I joked, walking with Paul again. "Yeah, David always steals the good food." Paul laughed, again. After being a vampire for a few days now, I understand why they were so happy and always giggling.

My head was spinning rapidly as we entered through the doors. Dozens of fresh blood surrounding us. It was so intoxicating. I didn't know where to go first. I slyly smirked at some guy eyeing me. "Well boys?" I smiled at the two, who were already giggling back. "Don't let anyone of them loose." Paul whispered in my ear. I nodded and started to talk over to the guy, easy enough. "Hey." I licked my lips, eyeing the same way he was me. I always imitated my victims actions and they never even noticed. I continued to look directly in his eyes, luring him in. Thats when you slowly walk away, knowing that they'll follow. So easy. "Where you going?" I could almost hear the smile on his face. "Anywhere."

On top of him, nervous sweat slowly dripping down his face, staring at my devilish grin. Heart beating faster as I drank in his scent, leaning closer to his neck. In a instant I covered his mouth quickly as I bit down and drank his blood. Of course I had to kill him, or he'd freak out and tell people. That's when I heard brutal screams. I almost laughed until- "Bloodsucker." It was Edgar, who had a stake to my back. "I could kill you, right now." I slowly turned to look at him, he continued to keep up his stake. Pathetic. "But, you won't? Will you?" I leaned back against the wall, glaring at all three of them. Even Sam was here. "Where're my boys?" I asked, inching a little towards them, scaring them. But, then they all began to laugh. "What?! What did you do?" I harshly screamed, trying not to lose my temper. They actually might kill me. I dodged them and ran for the door, looking around for them. No, no, no. I screamed in my head, feeling everything instantly ache. Marko looked over, sensing my presence, but he still held Paul. Who was dead. "Those bastards!" I yelled yet again, running towards him. I limped down and sat beside Paul's lifeless body. "The living will never understand." Marko said, wiping away one of his tears. "What are we gonna tell them?" I continued to cry, tears blocking my vision, as I tried to look at Marko. He shrugged and wrapped me up in his arms. My body shook as I continued to cry. I also shook in fear, as I held Marko tighter.
