12: Fight for your love

Mikasa POV

It's been hours since we killed the queen. Levi hasn't left Ereh's side since we got to the hospital. "Hey Mikasa, could you check on Levi? He's been with Eren for hours" Moblit asked me. "I wanna check on Hanji San first" I sadly said. "That's sweet, she's awake, but still weak. She'll have to stay for another day" He said.

He took me to Hanjis room and warned me to be careful. "What does that even mea-"

"Mikasa! I see your safe! I also see that our plan was a success!....with a few miscalculations" She said. "Hanji! You shouldn't me out of your bed!" Moblit yelled. "Oh come on, Moblit! You're overacting. I'm feeling better already!" She said jumping around.

"....This was what I was worried about..." Moblit sadly whispered.

"I see everythings alright, I need to check on Levi" I said walking out the room.

As I walked to Erehs hospital room, I heard crying coming from the room.

"Levi...?" I whispered when I heard the cry's coming from him.

He quickly whiped his tears "What? Oh yeah, you came to check on Eren" He said. "No actually, I came to check on you" I said surprising him. "What? Me? Why? I'm doing perfectly fine" He said.

His words said one thing, but his heart and expressions said another.

"Levi, aren't we family?" I asked. "What? What are you talking about?" Asked Levi. "Well, aren't we both Ackermans? We come from the same bloodline after all, don't we?" I asked him. "We are, but, what are you making from this?" Levi asked.

"We both want the best for Ereh, we want to protect him. Let's keep protecting him, together this time" I said smiling.

Levi remained speechless until he spoke softly "Wha....?"

"Ugh....l-Levi...." We heard Erehs voice. "Eren!" Yelled Levi. "W-where am I...? I feel as if I died in a dream and....woke up over and over again....to the...same nightmare, where I loose you..." He whispered trying to gain his breath. "Hey! Save your damn breath, brat! You need it!" He yelled.

"I-I'll get out" I said nervously walking out of the room knowing this could be their last chance together....
