taehyun walked inside the house, merely giving his mother a small smile.

"it's been so long since i've seen this house full. i know you must've have had to packed schedule so i'm sorry for taking up so much of your time." said his mother, removing taehyun's coat and putting it into onto the coat hanger.

"taehyun!" said his dad giving him a wide smile. "my baby has grown so much."

"i'm not a baby." said taehyun, looking away with a small blush on his cheeks.

his mom ruffled his hair. "you're always a baby for us."

"ew."
his parents laughed in return and taehyun couldn't help but smile.

no matter what he thought, he always felt complete with his parents around.

beomgyu also decided to go to his dad. he was yet to get his first salary and the minute he got it, he promised himself that he would take his dad to a better hospital with better facilites.

it wasn't like there was no scope for beomgyu's dad to get cured, but beomgyu simply didn't have the money to treat him.

"come in," said soobin, smiling.
beomgyu walked in and he saw his dad, sitting up and watching t.v.

"DAD!" said beomgyu and he ran towards his dad, giving him a hug. "how have you been?"

"better than ever. knowing that you have stable job increases my lifespan by like a 100 years."

beomgyu let out a struggle. "pft, you're quite the exagerrater."
"i'm just happy to see you."

beomgyu smiled. "i know. also do you want to know something? soobinnie got a boyfriend."

"really soobin? and you didn't tell me."

"sorry, uncle." said soobin, glaring at beomgyu. "plus, he didn't even ask me out. that stupid cotton candy guy."
"how did the both of them meet?" asked beomgyu's dad, genuinely curious.

"i mean if you look at it technically, soobin is kind of dating my boss. but in other words, he's dating taehyun's manager slash best friend."

"you sneaky little boy"

"uncle!" said soobin, blushing from head to toe. "why don't you ask beomgyu about his love life?"

beomgyu's dad turned his attention towards his son. "you like someone? he? she? or them?"
beomgyu's eyes widened. "i don't like anyone."

"eh really?" said soobin. "you and taehyun looked pretty lovey-dovey."

"i admire taehyun as an idol. that's about it. and plus, liking him in any other way would be unproffessional."

soobin nonchalantly shrugged. "whatever. keep lying to yourself."
beomgyu wondered himself. how long was he going to keep lying to himself?

"oi, don't you think it's too much for 3 people to eat?" asked taehyun looking at all the food in front of them.

"hmm, you think so? maybe we should invite kai too."

"nO!" said taehyun.
