Prologue- Gone
Delilah and Adalyn have never been separated for more then a day but now they are facing their worsts fears. They are both slowly loosing sense of their sanity as their torturous thoughts drown them. Echos of the golden girl's scream hurt the brunette more then anything and all she wished for was to hold her in her arms.
Creating an untouchable plan was all Delilah focused on because if she didn't her mind would wonder to darker places and she couldn't afford distractions. Adalyn endured more tests then humanly possible and she felt her sense of hope disintegrate as the days passed.
Days feel like months and months feel like years to the girls' but that's not the worst part. The worst part is the memories which lurk in the shallows. The worst part is the hallucinations which taint the girls' vision. The worst part is the feeling of pure emptiness which attached itself onto Delilah and Adalyn like a blood sucking leech. They was the real nightmares.
But does one blonde change everything for Delilah? Does he gain her trust and teach her how to love? Does Minho learn Adalyn's hidden past? Does he help her fight her demons?
