Chapter 1

You open your eyes and you realized that you were in an unfamiliar room. It took you a while to notice that this wasn't the last place you remembered as well.

Staring at the ceiling and trying to retrace your memories, you recalled the last event that happened.

'Bellamy?' You mumbled his name, hoping that he was here somewhere.

'He's not here.' Octavia grabbed my arm, 'You're with us. At the bunker.'

Quickly sitting up, everything hit me at once. All the memories flashed back, 'I-I got back in time?'

'When we noticed that we heard knocking from the outside, you were passed out but Abby took care of you.' With a tear in her eyes, she smiled at me. 'We didn't know if you were going to make it.'

'Did they ever make it to The Ring?' I questioned Octavia. My heart was pounding fast, scared of the response I was about to get.

Octavia bit her lips, 'Bell and I talked as they were getting ready to fly up. The radiation took the signal before they launched so honestly, I'm not so sure.'

So many doubts ran through my mind and I was so scared. Raven was smart enough to get them going to The Ring, I believed that. However, there were so many things that could've went wrong in the process.

'You know, Bellamy made sure to tell you how much he loved you.' Octavia gripped my hand, trying to reassure me. 'With you being fixed by Abby and Jackson, he couldn't tell you but he wanted you to know.'

It broke my heart to think that that was probably really the last time I was ever going to see him again. After all we have been through, I thought that this bunker was our way to survive together.

Octavia hugged me tightly, 'I'm really glad you're here Y/N. We got this.'

Hugging her back, I nodded. 'I'm glad I'm here too. How was everything so far?'

'Little disagreements between the clans but it's going to take time for them to get used to us all being Wonkru.' Octavia sighed, 'I can't be a leader, Y/N. Everything is all over the place.'

'Yes you can. O, you defeated every champion from every clan in the conclave. I mean, who can beat that?'

'I'm a warrior, I can fight off people but being a leader? I don't know if I can do this.'

As I placed my hand on Octavia's, I smiled. 'Hey, I'll help you okay? I tried leading our people and unfortunately it didn't go as well but we can work together.'

'You kept a lot of us alive this far haven't you? That sounds like a great leader to me.' Octavia giggled, 'You and Bellamy did a good job.'

Every time I think about Bellamy even for a second, it made me want to cry but I couldn't do that. I had to stay strong for Octavia and the rest of Wonkru. 'I miss him, a lot.'

'Speaking of Bell, I heard about you two.' She raised her eyebrows. 'I'm glad you got laid before this tragedy.'

'Ugh, Octavia don't say it like that. You make it sound awful.'

She laughed and lightly pushed my shoulders, 'Took you guys long enough. I'm proud to call you my sister-in-law.'

'You're so dramatic.' I laughed and looked into Octavia's eyes. 'Seriously though, we got this. Don't you worry.'

'You and me?' Octavia pulled up her fist.

'Me and you, always.' I fist pumped her and smiled.
