"Great I can get you a meeting for tomorrow with the boss to discuss your terms," his assistant said and I nodded smiling. "That would be great thank you," I said rubbing his shoulder trying to act warm and sweet.
"Let's go darling," Steve said as he nudged me away quite quickly. "What is wrong with you" I gritted as he was pulling me away on the escalator. "Someone has recognised us" he quickly said.
I peeked down off the escalator to see a man staring at us intently probably trying to figure out where he'd seen us. I took a sharp breath and looked at Steve as he looked down at me.
I glanced down again and the man was still staring "fuck it" I whispered as I quickly kissed Steve, he seemed startled but kissed back hiding both our faces from everyone's view. The escalator reached the bottom and we quickly got off. I adjusted my glasses as we both fast walked trying to act natural.
We waited to the side for a bit and the man didn't seem to have followed us. I breathed out not realising I was holding my breath as we made our way back to the car.
"Was that just an excuse to kiss me" Steve smirked as he turned the engine on. "Please it was probably your first kiss that you ever remember" I pointed out knowing he wasn't really a ladies man despite half the population finding him attractive.
"Too much tongue and you bit my lip" I stated, explaining how bad of a kisser he was. Steve grunted annoyed as I sat back in my seat. I stared out the window the drive back. Steve glanced at me trying to figure out just what I was thinking about.
