God, how did this ever happen?
How can a teensy crush blow up into falling in love with him?
It almost hurt with how much she loved him.
Whenever she was around him it was like her whole day got better. There was no wrong that he could ever do in her eyes.
(y/n) was always so excited to see William. She felt like she was on top of the world even if she spent just a minute with him.
He was always so kind and gentle towards her. The smile he gave her always sent butterflies to her stomach.
So she hoped that he returned the same feelings for her.
She hoped that whenever he saw her that he would get the same butterflies in his stomach.
(y/n) couldn't be anymore wrong.
His kind words and sweet smiles were also given to someone else. But they were different. And not the different that she hoped for. The kind words and sweet smiles that he sent this other girl was one of love. A genuine love.
So as she watched her only love, William, laugh with another girl she felt sick to her stomach.
As she watched him place his lips onto hers, her heart broke into thousand of pieces.
(y/n) realized that she could never be more than a friend to him.
It was extremely painful to her to come to this conclusion.
However, she had to come to the reality that her love would never return the feelings she hoped for.
