For some reason today was just so long and tiring. As soon as Nozel woke up, he wanted nothing more than to go back to sleep. 

The hours seemed to drag on. A minute felt like an hour and a second felt like a minute. He couldn't stand it anymore so he cut his day short. And it was only three p.m. Once he was able to get away from everyone, which was pretty hard since he is a captain.

When he did get away from all his responsibilities, he went straight to his room. He didn't even care if he skipped a meal. He could handle it, all he needed was rest. 
However, as soon as he opened the door he saw a familiar figure in his room. 

He stops in his tracks as his head tries to wrap around with the sight in front of him. 

It was (y/n).

Happiness filled in veins. 

He couldn't be anymore happier seeing (y/n) in his room. 

"Hello (y/n). You're back early." 
"Oh yes, mission ended-" (y/n) trails off when she looks at Nozel. 

"Is everything okay?" She asks once she gets a good look at him. 
"Yes, why?" 

(y/n) hums before walking up to him. She places both of her hands on both sides of his face, her thumbs running circles on his temples.
As soon as Nozel felt the warmth of her hands, it was like he melted. He visibly relaxes in her hands and he wants nothing more than to be in her arms. 

"It's just been a long day, I'm just glad that you're here." He says grabbing her arms and pulling her into his embrace. His head buries into her hair, taking in the sweet scent of her shampoo. His grip tightens on her, sign that he wasn't going to let go of her any time soon. 

"So..." (y/n) lets out a small giggle, "do you plan to stay right here all day?" 
Nozel just hums in response. 
"I think we should change into some comfy clothes." 

Nozel doesn't answer, instead his grip tightens on you. 
"We can't stand here all day." She says trying to pull back but Nozel makes a sound of protest.

(y/n) laughs, "geez. What's gotten into you?"
"Nothing, I just missed you. I can't cuddle my girlfriend?" 

(y/n) has to bight her lip from laughing out loud. Never in her life would she have guessed Nozel saying the word 'cuddle' out loud. 

She takes a deep breath before answer him, "nothing is wrong with that. I missed you too. I just rather cuddle in bed with comfortable clothes." 
Nozel lets out a displeased sigh, "fine." 

He reluctantly lets her go, but still follows her into the closet. She thought he was also going to get changed, but when she turned around with the change of clothes in her hands, she saw that he wasn't getting changed. 

"That means you too." (y/n) says walking over to Nozel's side of the closet and grabbing him a change of clothes. 
She hands it to him, and he mutters a quick thanks. 

(y/n) goes back to changing into more comfortable clothes. As soon as she's finished getting dressed, she felt herself getting picked up and carried right back into the room. 
"Wow, you changed fast." (y/n) notes. 

Soon (y/n) was softly placed onto the bed, Nozel following suit. He places his head onto her chest, arms wrapping around her like she was a giant teddy bear or a body pillow.

(y/n) doesn't complain though. In fact, she finds this adorable. She doesn't know what got into him, but it was definitely unusual and out of character. With a content smile, she places her arms around him and place a kiss on his forehead.

(y/n) honestly loves the days when he gets super clingy. She was going to ask how his day was since she could tell that today wasn't a good day. However, when she looks down she realizes that Nozel's eyes were closed. His breaths were calm and even, signaling that he was sound asleep. 

With a content smile, she as well closes her eyes to enter a beautiful dreamland.
