Warning: I know you wanted fluff, but when I was writing this I decided to add a twist.

There was a child in the the clover kingdom that was deemed dangerous to other people. However when the captains of the squads and the wizard king all looked down at the small child, they wondered: 

'How can this small being be considered a 'danger' to the people?'

Indeed, the child that stood before them looked innocent as ever. 

A small girl who couldn't be older than five or six years old. She had (h/c) hair that was messy and tousled, that fell right at her shoulders. She had big (e/c) eyes that looked up at all of them with a look of innocence and child wonder, and a small pout played on her lips as she was a bit scared of all these large people looking down at her. 

She wore a (f/c) shirt that was loosely tucked into her black plants. In her arms she held onto a stuffed animal tightly, afraid that if she would loose it that she would surely cry.

"You're telling me... that this kid is dangerous?" The man with a lot of muscles asks while giving every other one a look. 

"That's what we're told yes." The wizard king says. 
"So we can't be too lenient on her." The man with the white hair says. 
"She's just a child! What can she do that's so dangerous?" Yami speaks up again.

Frankly, he was annoyed. He could be doing better things then looking at this kid. 

All the while, the young child looks at all them. She pouts when she hears her stomach rumble, meaning that she was hungry. Hungry for candy that is. 

She quickly walks up to Yami with one of her arms out stretched. 

"Up pwease!" She says with a large grin on her face, hoping that her cuteness would work. 

"Nozel is right, we should be cautious... just in case." Fuegoleon notes while looking at the girl who was begging to be picked up. 

Yami just scoffs and picks the girl up with ease. 

"She's nothing I can't handle... see-" Yami got cut off when he saw what the young child just did. 

Her hand immediately reached for the cigarette that was hanging out of his mouth and snatched it. A small light flashes from her hand and the cigarette is soon changed into a lollipop. 

The girl giggles and sticks the lollipop in her mouth happily. 

All the captains look at her in shock. 

"That's amazing! Such strong magic at such a young age! Let me see the child." King Julius says walking over to Yami. 

Yami was about to hand over the child, but she grabbed onto her Yami tighter and shook her head. 

"It looks like she doesn't want you." Yami says with a smug tone. 

King Julius pouts, a bit dejected from her rejection. But what can he do? She's just a child. 

It wasn't long until she was too squirming in Yami's arms wanting to be put down. Yami got the message and put the child back down on the ground. 
Once her feet touched the ground, she took off running down a hallway. 

"Wait no!" 
"Come back!" 
"Well great..." 

She heard voices call out for her, but she simply ignored it and ran to look for some more food. However, it didn't take long for the girl to get lost. The hallways were long and confusing to her. Just how many hallways were there? Why couldn't this be simple.
