Pre Story: You wanted to get stronger- no, you needed to get stronger. You just felt like you were so behind the others. So you did the only thing you could think of. Train. Train until you became strong. You didn't care about anything else. All that was in your head was to get stronger. 
As you kept pushing yourself, you didn't really pay attention to the fact that you were running low on magic. That your body was physically draining. You pushed pass your limit. 
You magic exploded on you, knocking you unconscious and injuring you as well.
