Author POV

Raghav was in deep slumber when he got a call from his mother. He lazily searched for mobile without opening his eyes. At last he found it under the pillow. He answered with out checking the caller.

"Hello", he said in hoarse tone.

"Raghu", he listened his mother from other side.

"Ha Ammi", he responded.

"Still sleeping?" she angered. He hummed lazily.

"You lazy brat, it's already 11 am. Get up", she taunted.

"Hmm.... okay", he answered with same hoarse tone.

"I have a important thing to say. So get up", she yelled.

"Okay", he got up. He rubbed his eyes to adjust his vision and brushed his unruly hair with his fingers. A yawn slipped from him. "What happen?"

"Do you had any word with your sister in this week?" she asked. He understood the worry in her voice.

"No, Is anything wrong?" he asked.

"We are worrying about her. These days she is not talking to us properly. Something bothering her and she is not sharing with us. I think it's related to cancelation of that wedding."

"She don't want that wedding from earlier right? Then why would she upset with that?" he asked.

"That's what we are worrying. She don't want it, then why is she behaving like this? Will you please go and meet her once?"

"Yeah sure", he said.

"Give me", he heard his father from other side.

"I'm warning you. Don't fight with her. Talk to her calmly. I won't spare you if I listen anything from her", he warned strictly. Raghav rolled his eyes for his father.

He is right. They grew old enough but still bickering like kids. Raghav didn't understand why his father always takes his sister side. His features softened when it came to his daughter.

"Ok", he answered. He continued the call with her mother for sometime on random things.

He finished his daily routine and had breakfast nearly at lunch time. He checked his mobile while eating for any important messages available. He dialed his sister and patiently waited for reply but nothing from other side. He decided to visit her. She might be in her flat as it's Sunday. He drove to her place.

He knocked the door and glanced at surrounding. He heard click of nob and door opened. He expected her sister but some other girl opened it. May be her flat mate.

"Chaitra?" he asked.

"Who are you?" she asked.

"I'm her brother", he said with a smile.

"Get in. She is in her room", she answered.

"Thank you", he said and went to her room.

'Do I have to knock the door? Or else I can go without knocking? May be I can go.' He remembered how they used to fight to share a room when they were kids. Now, he is hesitating to open the door. He don't want to invade his sister's personal space.

He knocked the door before opening. He slowly opened the door. He saw Chaitra balled on bed and sleeping. He stood near the door.

"Akka", he called. She glanced at him and swiftly wiped her tears. He thought that she was sleeping but no. He understood something was wrong. He went near to her casually like he didn't saw her tears and sat on bed.
