25 - Awake

It was a few days after the big blow out at Cobra Kai. I haven't talked to any of them since, including Hawk. He kept trying to call me, but I didn't want to talk. Johnny was no where to be found. He probably went on another drunk depressed vacation again. The school fight was all over the news. Robby was on the run and the police were looking for him. Our principal was being interviewed about what they were going to do about this. She told them there would be high security check in everyday at school. There was a new stupid program called Hugs Not Hits. And there Moon was singing songs like a hippie. I love her and all, but sometimes she could be really weird. Tory was expelled and everyone involved with the fight had a 2 week suspension, including me. Aisha parents were so mad about the fight and put her into a private school.

Sasha and Sam were released from the hospital. I decided that today I would visit Sasha at her house since I had no school. I told my parents that sarah came at me, so they wouldn't ground me. I know I lied and that I started the whole fight, but I didn't want to be punished.

Once I was done getting ready I drove to her house. I told her about how the fight all started. How it was my fault. I was so sorry that this happened to her because of me. She surprisingly wasn't mad at all, at least at me. We shared our anger with Tory and Alexa. I mean Sasha and Alexa never liked each other, but now she hated her even more.

"I thought Tory was different, she changed." Sasha explained.

"Agreed, but I am worried about Hawk. He seems like he is falling under this trance of Kreese with them." I sighed.

"It will be okay I promise. Just try to talk to him." Sasha tried to comfort me, but I didn't want to talk to Hawk. He chose Cobra Kai over me after he said he loved me. I love this boy, I really do, but I just don't know what to think.

Sasha and I both agreed that Kreese was not good at all for them and how he was a terrible person. Sasha, like me, quit Cobra Kai. Kreese was depending on her comeback, but now he lost her too. Sasha and I were close, but this made our bond even closer.

We talked for a little while longer before I left. I decided that I needed to talk to Sam. I needed to apologize for what I did to her. She was hurt too and all because of me.

I stood on her doorstep and hesitantly knocked.

"Hey what are you doing here?" Sam answered the door.

"Hey. I need to talk to you." I was twiddling my thumbs. She opened the door wider and welcomed me in. She led me to dojo and we sat by the pond.

"I just wanted to say this is all my fault and I am really sorry. Tory was a bad influence on me and I never should have helped attack you. I saw you kiss Miguel and I just saw red. I should not have gotten involved or I should have just talked to you. Your really cool and I-"

"Rae stop. I heard about what you said at Cobra Kai that night. I forgive you, I know your a good person. Friends?"

"Friends." I smiled.

My phone rang, it was Sasha.

"Get to the hospital right now." Sasha said as soon as I answered the call.

"Why? Is it an emergency? I am with Sam." I noticed Sam took an interest once I said her name.

"Yes, just bring her. Hurry!" She hung up.

Sam and I quickly got in my car and drove down to the hospital. We parked in the parking garage and rushed to the elevators. I assumed this was about Miguel, so I went to the floor where he was. I have been visiting him daily, so I knew exactly where to go. Sam looked very worried. I mean why wouldn't she be. I know she was with Robby and Miggy was with Tory, but it was obvious they still loved each other.
