Chapter 11- Lies!

Outside of Katara's house, someone was watching them from a bush.

"Is she with him?" asked a guy's voice from a phone.

"Yeah, and so is her brother. Honey, I think that she has feelings for the Avatar," replied the woman from the bush.

"At least we know her weakness is him. Tell the girl to keep watch on Katara. She'll pay for betraying us,"

Aang's POV

"Aang?"

A voice kept on saying my name.

"Aang? Wake up!" the voice said.

"Aang? Aang!" the voice yelled.

"AANG!!!"

I shot out of bed and out of my dream. I saw Katara on my bed in a sitting position with an angry look on her face.

"C'mon, you're late for school!!! We only have like 19 minutes!" she yelled. I sprinted out of the room and quickly did my morning routine. I ran outside and saw Katara and Sokka.

"I'll drive you both to school," said Sokka.

Sokka quickly drove us to school. Me and Katara were about to head inside the school when I bumped into On Ji. She had her arms crossed with an angry, red face.

"Why didn't you pick me up this morning?" she complained.

Katara looked down with a sad expression on her face. On Ji is getting on my nerves. She keeps on telling me what to do like she owns me or something.

Flashback 2 days ago

After I did some waterbending at the school, I looked at my messaging app and saw On Ji texted me.

On Ji

On Ji: Hey cutie! I'm throwing a party at my house, wanna come?

I replied with...

Aang: No thanks.

A few moments later, she texted me.

On Ji: Are you sure? The whole Gaang will be there, even Katara.

I blushed when I read Katara.

Aang: Fine.

I went in my car and was about to drive to On Ji's house, but then I thought that I should give Katara a gift.

I drove to a jewelry store. I went inside and found lots of beautiful jewelry. I saw engagement rings, necklaces, and other kinds of jewelry. One necklace caught my eye. It was a gold necklace with a big blue circular sapphire on it. Katara loves sapphires. This necklace would be perfect for her. The necklace was expensive. I had to pay $100. Since I'm the Avatar, Gyatso earns lots of money at work, so I was able to buy the necklace. I then went into my car and drove to On Ji's house.

 She had a very big mansion. When I got in I saw a lot of people in the mansion dancing. I saw a disco ball and a dance floor. The only thing I didn't see was Katara. I saw On Ji walk over to me. The whole Gaang walked next to her....well not the whole Gaang, Katara and Suki were missing. The Gaang looked a little tipsy. On Ji however, looked sober.

"Hey, Aang!" said On Ji.

"Where's Katara?" I demanded.

"She said she'd come later," answered On Ji grinning. I was a little curious as to why she was grinning so much but didn't think about it so much.
