AUTHORS NOTE:

Hiya guys!

So, I told you something quite personal last chapter. I don't want you guys to spread it round and please don't bombard me with questions >.< it's not that I don't like talking to you, I just don't enjoy talking about my depression. It is serious and it does affect me, that's all I want you to know, just in case you were wondering why some of my chapters may not be as good as the rest or particularly late updates. I am in no way using this as a cover up and if I could I would seriously not have it. But lets stop talking about it now, it's my problem to deal with not yours.

Just want to let you know I'm definitely happy to talk to you. About your own problems or maybe you just want a chat. I'll always listen. :)

Did you all have a good new year??

Aha mine was quite good, just sat at home with the family and did family related things :P

Chapter Sixteen - He's mysterious

As I shook Marie's hand, I noticed her olive coloured skin was smooth and her nails were the perfect length and had a stylish blue colour that matched her twinkling eyes.

"I'm Sandy." I replied rather sheepishly.

"Really? That's a cool name! I'm Emily!" A blonde girl with pink highlights and blue-green eyes that reminded me of the calm, tropical sea, held out a manicured hand, wrist full of bracelets.

I smiled and shook it, noticing a couple one direction bracelets I couldn't help but smile wider. Would I tell them I was actually friends with one direction? Probably not unless we became really close, I didn't enjoy the attention I got at my old school from the fact.

"And I'm Grace." The third girl, with light brown hair that had a greyish tinge to it, tied up in a ponytail, stuck out a warm hand.

I smiled and shook it, already liking the look of these girls. They were all different in their own way, but still beautiful friends. Like cake toppings, they were all different and interesting in their own ways, yet still complimented each other with their sweetness.

"Right class settle down now! Today, we have a new girl. Her name is Sandy and I'm sure she'd very much appreciate it if you were all nice to her, for once." The elderly teacher almost shouted at the class.

I heard him mutter the last part under his breath. I gulped and felt everyone's gaze on me.

"Sandy? What kind of a name is that?" I heard one boy laugh.

"Yeah, I had a dog called Sandy, got hit by a car, it did." Another laughed along.

I clenched my fist at the remarks, in order not to turn around and face them myself.

"Don't listen to them, they're just jerks." Marie leaned in and whispered in my ear as the rest of the class joined in on the jokes.

"Tell me, Dave, was she a bitch by any chance?" One of the arrogant boys suddenly shouted.
