Chapter Eighteen - Insecurities

Hiya guys,

So I'm getting better slowly. It's never fair when something like that happens and I miss my boy so much.

Right so I got back to school on Tuesday -.- lucky me, and that means I'll be occupied with homework, just letting you know but I'm doing my best to update ASAP. It helps that you lot are all so nice :)

Found out I'm going to DisneyLand later this year :P I don't care how old I am I'm always gonna look forward to it.

Also once we've got a few family things sorted out we're getting a cat! I feel kinda bad, like I'm replacing lupin :/ but I'm not trying to and I guess I do need something else to love and cuddle now that lupin isn't here anymore. <^•.•^>

Yeah okay, enough with the personal stuff.

Chapter Eighteen - Insecurities

Time seemed to stand still for a moment, there was so much tenseness in the air as Jarrett and George seemed to be having some sort of weird eye connection. I stood nervously, suddenly worried one of them would pounce at each other and start a fight.

"Bloody hell what's going on over here?!"

I spun round at the familiar voice. Marie, Emily and Grace were making there way over to us, each had a carton of juice in their free hands, small bags slung over the other.

"Hi guys." I said with a smile.

"Is it some sort of weird stare down?" Emily asked as she neared me. Her eyes were fixated on the boys.

I glanced over to them, they seemed hardly distracted, just staring at each other. Suddenly Jarrett looked away and the tension just disappeared like it was never there.

"Hi Jarrett." George said emotionlessly.

The girls giggled behind me. I turned round questioningly.

"What?" Marie spluttered.

I narrowed my eyes.

"Okay, George is pretty...fit up close ain't he?" Marie and Emily giggled while Grace stood there awkwardly.
