AUTHORS NOTE:

Hiya guys!

Omg guys I'm so so sorry it took so long to update! DX

So, I'm in the mood for writing so ya. But I don't have much time, I'm going to Homebase later to get some lights for the Christmas tree :P

But for now, here goes the next chapter...

DEDICATION:

Okay I'm actually kinda annoyed at this, but I STILL don't have the laptop. But I imagine you're more annoyed at the fact I don't shut up about it. So, I'll do you all a favour and shut up.

I'm not gonna be able to write much over the next couple of weeks :( mainly because of Christmas, New Year all that crap. That means parties and god knows what else -.-

Haha okay, back to the important stuff...

Shout out to:

@1DerfulJCats - for the motivation! Thank you so so much! Love the name by the way ;) <3

And...

@Miss_Shelley - also thank you for the motivation! It's good to know you're enjoying the fanfic! Thank YOUUU! <3

Okay, I think that's all this time.

Thank you all, tbh the motivation just keeps increasing! It's great to see! (Notice I should be posting more regularly now that you motivate more:)) <- WTF?? Looks like a double chin smiley :)

Oh, and as will become clear further on in the chapter, the song for this chapter is "Yellow" by Cold Play. Love that song <3

Now that that's over, let us continue shall we??

Chapter Fourteen - Is This Love?

I sighed and my warm breath fogged up the window. Life outside on the streets was pretty rowdy tonight. Over outside the house opposite a group of people were stood smoking and chatting and laughing about whatnot. Over near the end of the street an old man was walking two giant dogs, they stride gracefully by his side despite their huge size. Somewhere next door to us loud music blasted through a device that caused the whole house to shake, no doubt the music was covering up the loud laughter of the people enjoying the party.

Then here I was. Sat alone with tear stained cheeks, staring longingly at the outside world through the window that kept me barred from my freedom.

Suddenly my phone buzzed and I ran quickly to get it.

One new message.

George:

Hi Sandy! You didn't come round today :( there's still some time though if you're still up for it. X

I sighed and prepared to tap back a reply.

Me:

Sorry George, I forgot to tell my parents where I was and ended up coming home way too late. I'm grounded now so I can't come round yours, sorry again :( X

It didn't take long for my phone to buzz once again.

George:

OMG I'm so sorry. I should've reminded you, and I shouldn't have taken so long to get you home. Are you in your room?? X

His reply confused me but I answered despite it.

Me:

Umm yeah... X

I bit my lip as I pressed send. Why did he want to know that? Suddenly a billion different answers popped into my mind but as soon as my phone buzzed in my palm I forgot about it and read through the message.
