A/N - I promised I'll have the next chapter out by today, and I did it! First time I actually got a chapter out when I said I would XD Okay, so in this chapter Naru and Mai are still alone. Time had passed between the last chapter and now, so it's like lunch-time in the fic now. Oh, and it will start the fourth night, but not finish it. Yeah. Enjoy!

Naru looked up at Bonnie and Chica. He had reported to the Manager that their arms had gotten banged up by some kids, because he obviously didn't know that his animatronics were psycho. Either he was faking innocence and had programmed the animatronics to kill, or he actually had no clue how dangerous the animatronics really were.
The two ghosthunters' third night had been eventful, but they made it with only one or two bruises from banging their knees on the desk as they raced to check the cameras over and over again.
"Naru? It's almost six, do you wanna get something to eat? I could go for some pizza or something," Mai asked. The pizza at Freddy Fazbear's was extremely good, with a lightly toasted crust and gooey cheese. It made even Naru's mouth water. Together they ate one large pizza, talking in hushed tones about any theories they may have about the animatronics or why they were acting strange.
"Well, it could be the spirits possessing the animatronics to tell us to run," Naru said thoughtfully.
"You know, I actually think it's in reverse. From what I remember, all the animatronics were really nice to me. I'd spend a lot of time just hanging out in Pirate Cove or goofing off onstage. I may not be right, but I think the spirits, if there are any, are the ones trying to kill us - not the animatronics themselves," Mai replied, eating her 5th slice of cheese pizza.
"Hmm.... Well, we'll just see what happens tonight. Now, can you go see why we still can't get any video from the kitchen? I swear I just replaced that camera recently. It shouldn't be malfunctioning like that," the narcissist ordered, throwing away his plate and standing up with a stretch.
"Yeah, sure. What are you gonna do though?" Mai asked curiously.
"I'm going to take a look around, maybe try to get more information on who could possibly be haunting this restaurant. Meet me at the stage at... let's say around 8:00," Naru said, walking towards the security office.
"Okay," Mai said swiftly, before cleaning up their table. Afterwords, she made her way through the crowds of people, finally ending up at the 'staff only' door that marked the kitchen.
As Mai walked in, she was greeted by three grumpy-looking chefs.
"Whata you doin' here little girlie?" One of them asked gruffly.
"Just checking my equipment," Mai squeaked. "I'll just be a minute."
The chef in particular strode over, as if to yell at her. The chef was roughly 6'5", with broad shoulders and bulging muscles. He was bald, but had a red wispy beard, and a sharp pizza cutter in his hands. Let's just say, he was very intimidating.
He leaned down and opened his mouth to say something, but suddenly the chef smiled, "Well, well, well. If it ain't Mai Taniyami? How ya doin' little Missie?"
"No way! Ponji?!" Mai exclaimed with a grin. "I didn't know you still worked here!"
"Worked here for 11 years with your mama, and I ain't gonna quit now!" He joked, before giving her a big bear hug.
"How've you been? I know it musta been hard after the accident, but you're getting along, right? No money troubles, no abuse, no no-good-ninny-lovin'-boyfriend to tell ya what to do?" He teased.
