Dark lay, curled up on a large pillow in front of the fireplace of the Great Hall of The Elders. It was a large building, ancient and still strong in it's standings. Argon, her guard and friend, lay on the right side of the room, watching the Princes as they demonstrated their pulling strength.

They pulled a large, new chest that was filled with their armor across the room by rope. The little pulling competition started with the Sun Prince saying he was the strongest, and of course you know how boys are..

She watched in the warmth of the pillow as the Fire Prince struggled to pull the chest across the room. The Ocean Prince strutted up to her with confidence, "I'm pulling it next, I'll easily pull it across unlike that fire brain over there." She was unsure if he could but went with it anyways.

The Ocean Prince struggled even more than the Fire Prince, Argon wasn't surprised what-so-ever and knew he could easily do it. But he knew it wasn't time to show his strength to them, atleast not yet.

Raven, Bonnie and Night walked in, watching as the whole group of Princes couldn't move the chest of their own armor. Night nudged Raven, "Watch this." He walked over, bowing some to them, "May I help?" They looked at one another and agreed.

Night pushed on it with his forehead, it moved some but not much more than a centimeter. Raven laid down aside of Dark, laughing at Night and the Princes who tried to prove their strength but failed. Dark did her best to keep from laughing at their failing.

Bonnie tried to help too but didn't exactly help, it again merely moved a centimeter. Raven looked at Argon, "Hey Soldier, wanna show the boys how it's done?" He looked at Dark who nodded in approval.

He got up, walked over and slid them out of the way, lowed down his head and pushed. It slid across the floor, stopping on the other side of the room. He went and laid back down in his spot again as the Princes tried to understand how he was so strong compared to them.

In the other room, the Kings were talking to Torga, "So your saying they can't use their elements in the competition?" The Sun King didn't like what Torga was saying and most didn't either. She rose a hand up, "I have talked to her, she wants to know what male is for her but not what you say is for her. Another words, it is to be fair, so she can make the decision for herself. Not based on who wins, but based on if they can follow rules. Till you agree, you will not be allowed to have your son participate."

Just then, a knock came to the door, Torga opened it with her magic and there was the Ice King and Ice Prince. Both had pure white coats that were long and elegant. They were almost like little polar bears, huge paws for walking over snow and big ice-like claws for the icy lands further North.

They wore two golden bracelets instead of the rings in their ear since it would be hard to spot beneath their winter coats. They easily towered over the Kings, the Ice Prince being an inch or so smaller than his Dad. Being from the Ice Kingdom, they were the 3rd largest of all the Direwolves Subspecies. They both had calm demeanor and the Ice Prince showed no wish to brag. He was calm as soft wind, but clearly smart like a Forest one.

(Raven's artwork I take no credit for her awesomeness)

Torga came into the room, she greeted them all calmly, "The Ice King and the Ice Prince have arrived

Torga came into the room, she greeted them all calmly, "The Ice King and the Ice Prince have arrived. They are tired from their long journey and will rest for the rest of the day. They hope you all understand." Dark and the group understood but of course the Sun, Fire and Ocean Prince thought he was just trying to out do their "Good looks".

Bonnie and Night sat down with the group, as the three Princes fussed about the Ice Prince. Bonnie rolled his eyes, "Who cares how good his fur looks? If he's as rude as them, I don't want him anywhere near her." They agreed as Dark lowered her head sleepily, she wasn't used to all the royal stuff yet so she didn't care about what the Princes were saying.

But, Argon knew the boys would only become more fierce when competing for her. And hopefully nothing bad would happen during their competition...

Then again, you never know what could happen next.
