This is my first attempt at making a Pokemon fic, so sorry if it's bad
Arceus makes a deal with Giratina and, with the help of Suicune, forms a human who is a descendant of them. But this human has no idea who he is, or what the marking on his back...
Upon arrival at Lake Acuity, Y/N hopped off Latias and approached the water. It looked so calm and inviting. He summoned Airalin, Milotic and Starly.
"This looks like Lake Acuity, but I'm not sure who I was meant to meet here." he said to his Pokemon. Just then a flash of light appeared and everyone present covered their eyes. When the flash died down, a yellow Pokemon was seen floating.

"You were sent to find me." they said with a young female voice.
"I remember Meloetta said to find Azelf, Mesprit and Uxie. But all she was able to say was Acuity. Which one are you?" Y/N asked.
"I am Uxie, the bringer of knowledge. You were brought here to discover more about your past, yes?" the Pokemon who Y/N now knew as Uxie asked. Y/N nodded.
"Yes. I was told I was created through mystical energy, hence why I have this marking." Y/N replied as he displayed his marking for Uxie to see. When Uxie looked at it, she gasped.
"I remember hearing of this a while ago. From what I remember from one of your creators, there is a destiny for you. When you grow of age, you will have a calling. Through dreams and advice from other legendary Pokemon who are your family, you will learn of your heritage and eventually take your place along with your creators. You are part Pokemon. Through my psychic link with you, I have discovered your abilities that you seem to have practiced since you spoke with Meloetta. Your true family is very wide, but me and my siblings Azelf and Mesprit are your cousins." she said calmly, which surprised Y/N.
"I have...a destiny?" he asked her and Uxie giggled.
"Of course. You were created for a reason." she said as she floated close to Y/N. Taking his face in her hands, she touched her forehead to his and Y/N suddenly saw something in his head. He found himself floating in some sort of endless shape, where he saw the same shapes he had seen when he looked into the water in the cave where Meloetta was. Suddenly the shapes seemed to twist and morph, taking on the form of two Pokemon. One was grey and red with golden pieces of armor all over its body.

The other was a blue Pokemon with white diamond markings all over its body, as well as a purple mane and two wave-like tails that faced forward.

He then was brought back to Lake Acuity.
"Those Pokemon you saw are your true parents. The ones who had created you." Uxie explained as she floated backwards from Y/N.
"Do you know their names?" Y/N asked her and she nodded.
"Yes. Their names are Giratina and Suicune. Giratina is in the Distortion World. A very secret and hard to find world. But if you complete your training and find the way into the world, you will be able to fully understand why you were created. Suicune tends to wander. But my siblings can help you find them easier. Always look for dirty water, as Suicune is able to purify water just by touching it." Uxie explained.
"What can Mesprit and Azelf teach me?" Y/N asked.
"Mesprit can teach you about emotions and Azelf can teach you about willpower. You may encounter new feelings as you grow, but with Mesprit's teachings, you can control them more easily and Azelf can help you find the strength needed to carry on when times are tough." Uxie explained.
"Where can I find them?" Y/N asked in curiosity.
"Mesprit resides at Lake Verity. She will be next for you to learn from, in order to maintain your emotions and remain calm during battle. Azelf resides in Lake Valor. He will be eager to teach you when you arrive, to grant you the willpower needed to face the future challenges you will endure, as a child of the legendary Pokemon and our cousin. I will notify Mesprit you will be seeing her next." Uxie replied and Y/N hopped onto Latias. Before they departed, Uxie took Y/N's hand in hers.
"Be safe cousin. You'll face many challenges." she said as she rested her head against his. Y/N rested his head against hers too before Uxie retreated back to the lake and Latias took to the air, heading for Lake Verity. Y/N was nervous on meeting those who could teach him about this destiny he had, but he knew they were his only chance of realising what his destiny truly was.
