This is my first attempt at making a Pokemon fic, so sorry if it's bad
Arceus makes a deal with Giratina and, with the help of Suicune, forms a human who is a descendant of them. But this human has no idea who he is, or what the marking on his back...
During his sleep, Y/N felt something happening with his marking. He soon found himself floating in front of a cavern before he landed at the mouth of the place
"Find this place. Unlock your potential. Become what you were meant for", a voice said in his head. It was young sounding, and spoke with a whisper. Y/N slowly headed into the cavern trying to find things to remember so he knew where he was supposed to go. The voice spoke again
"Your marking will guide you. Find this place, learn your power, and find out your purpose", the voice said again. Suddenly a small female looking figure appeared. It seemed to have a musical bar in its hair.

"Who are you?", Y/N asked and the small figure giggled
"I am Meloetta. I know about you Y/N. I know where you come from. I know who your real parents are", she said.
"How do you know about me?", Y/N asked and Meloetta giggled
"What kind of a little sister would I be if I didn't know my brother's name?", she asked and Y/N was taken aback
"Wait, I don't have a sister", he said
"Not that you know of. Find this place, and you will learn a section of your past. And you will know a few things that you can do", Meloetta said and just as she said that, a black shadow of a claw appeared around YN's right hand. Y/N looked at it and jumped back in fright
"What is this?!", he shouted and Meloetta touched his cheek
"It's a fraction of your potential. I will tell you more when you arrive here. For now, farewell brother", she said before a white light enveloped Y/N. He suddenly woke up to see Gardevoir, Starly and Milotic looking at him in worry. Ash, Dawn and Brock were also looking concerned
"Are you ok? You've been out for a long time. It's almost time to head out again", Gardevoir asked and Y/N sat up slowly
"I'm ok. I just had a weird dream. Something's pulling me towards that location", he replied pointing towards a large mountain range
"Mt Coronet? Why?", Ash asked and Y/N shrugged
"I don't know. But it just feels like I have to go there. I had a dream about some sort of Pokemon. I don't remember it exactly, but they said to go to a certain cavern and I can understand part of my past and unlock my potential, whatever potential I have...", he replied as he got up. He changed into a tank top and shorts as it was getting warm and packed all his stuff into his backpack before they began making their way towards Mt Coronet. Y/N helped Gardevoir and Milotic climb up the rock face and eventually they reached a safe ledge. Y/N noticed the same cavern from his dream.
"In here", he said and they all headed inside. As soon as they all stepped in, a melodic singing voice was heard. It was a beautiful song and soon Meloetta arrived
