This is my first attempt at making a Pokemon fic, so sorry if it's bad
Arceus makes a deal with Giratina and, with the help of Suicune, forms a human who is a descendant of them. But this human has no idea who he is, or what the marking on his back...
Just as the five were making their way out of Veilstone City, Reggie approached them from behind.
"Hey before you go, there's something you should see before you go", he said and led them to a hill full of meteorites. Y/N marveled at the sight of them
"They really are wonderful", he said as red, green and blue lights appeared in the sky. After a while of looking at the meteorites, they headed into the Pokemon Center to see if anyone there knew an ideal Gym for Ash to go to after Lake Acuity.
"After the Veilstone Gym, I don't know where to go for my next Gym Badge", Ash said as they entered
"Maybe try not to focus all your efforts on Gym battles? There are lots of other things you can do that can help Pokemon learn and grow stronger too", Y/N suggested.
"Maybe, but I want to make sure I know where I should go for my next Gym Badge so I can plan on the way", Ash replied.
"Why not try the Pastoria City Gym?", Nurse Joy suggested and Ash nodded.
"I will. Thanks Nurse Joy.", he said and Nurse Joy smiled and nodded. Y/N meanwhile was looking out at the sky, thinking about the two Pokemon he had seen. Suddenly all the power went out in the building. Y/N ran out to see the entire city in darkness and several police cars speeding past. Ash, Dawn, Brock and Reggie came running out too.
"Looks like the entire city just blacked out!", Reggie said in shock. Just then Y/N noticed several helicopters heading towards the hill.
"And I'll bet those helicopters have something to do with it!", he said pointing to them. The five of them ran to the hill, almost bumping into Maylene and Lucario on the way.
"Maylene, what's going on?", Reggie asked
"I don't know but Officer Jenny has been informed about what's happening at the hill and she's dispatched everyone to secure it", she replied. They ran as fast as possible to the hill where they saw Team Rocket and another team battling each other. Just then several of the other team sent out blue bat like Pokemon.

"Airalin, Magical Leaf!", Y/N shouted out and Airalin effortlessly dealt with several of the bats. Just then Ash noticed the helicopters had attached cables to the meteors.
"Quick cut the cables!", he called out. Pikachu used Volt Tackle, which was supercharged by Electabuzz using Thunder. Lucario used Bone Rush to cut the cables and Piplup used Whirlpool to safely contain the meteors so they didn't cause any damage. Airalin fired Magical Leaf at the helicopters to keep them away. The helicopters began to retreat. Pikachu used Thunderbolt, Lucario used Aura Sphere and Airalin used Magical Leaf but the helicopters were too far away. Angered, Y/N reached out at one of the helicopters in an attempt to get them to stop, which caused the helicopter to suddenly stop in the air with a blue glow. Dawn was shocked at what was going on.
"What's happening to that helicopter?", she asked pointing to it and everyone was shocked. Lucario looked over at Y/N, whose hand was glowing the same colour as the glow on the helicopter. Y/N then made a pulling motion with his hands and the helicopter began to stall before the rotors completely cut out. Y/N brought the helicopter to the ground where Jenny and the police force arrested all the people onboard. Y/N looked at his hands in shock at what he had just done. Lucario held a paw out and their eyes widened at Y/N's aura strength.
"How did you do that?", Brock asked and Y/N just shrugged.
"Honestly, I don't know", he replied.
"It must have been part of the mystical energy you told me about back at the Gym. It seems to have allowed you to use Psychic", Maylene said in awe.
"What mystical energy?", Reggie asked. Y/N sighed
"For reasons I cannot explain, I was created through mysterious forces. I learned about that section of my past thanks to a Pokemon known as Meloetta. Learning about it allowed me to use Pokemon moves thanks to this marking on my back that I was created with, as well as communicate fluently with Pokemon.", Y/N explained, showing them his marking which was currently glowing, to everyone's surprise.
"So you want to learn more about your past?", Reggie asked and Y/N nodded.
"My next stop is Lake Acuity, where I was told to go in order to learn more about my past", Y/N explained looking at his hands. Airalin touched his shoulder gently.
"Like I said earlier, you're still the same Y/N we love to have as our Trainer. Where you go, we go", she said comfortingly and Y/N smiled at her. Just then two Pokemon appeared in the sky behind Y/N, causing them all to look at them. Y/N took out his Pokedex which he had on his arm and held it to the two Pokemon.

"Latios, the Eon Pokémon. Latios is highly intelligent and can fly faster than a jet by tucking in its wings", the Pokedex said on the blue one before Y/N turned to the red one.
"Latias, the Eon Pokemon. Its body is covered in a down that can refract light in such a way that it becomes invisible", the Pokedex said.
"More Pokemon family?", Y/N asked and Latios nodded.
"Me and my sister Latias have been watching you closely since you arrived in Veilstone City. We can help you find out more about your past. We will take you to Lake Acuity", he said. Latias flew down next to Y/N and motioned her head in a way that told Y/N to get on. Y/N recalled Airalin and climbed on. Before Latias flew away, Y/N looked at the group.
"I'll be sure to keep in touch. Maybe we'll meet again", he said.
"Bye Y/N! Hope you discover your past", Ash called out as they all waved. Y/N smiled and waved back before Latias and Latios flew off towards Lake Acuity. Y/N held onto Latias as she flew through the air. He felt glad he had two new family members but he felt uncomfortable leaving his friends. Latios looked at Y/N with a gentle expression.
"I know you feel upset about leaving your friends back there. Do not worry, I know you will see them again", he said giving Y/N a gentle lick on the cheek in the form of a kiss making Y/N smile and pat the Pokemon's head before gently patting Latias on her head. Latias smiled at the feeling. Y/N was a little worried about what Lake Acuity held for him but he didn't care, as long as it helped him find out his past.
