~chapter 22~

The first day of school was all Ophelia could think of, that and how Miguel and Sam kissed.

Tory filled her in over the weekend and also what she was planning to do on the first day of school.

Ophelia had agreed on the plan because she honestly hates Sam for hurting Miguel and to add to that she hates her even more for being a homewrecker.

Ophelia texted Hawk to let him know that she will be there in 30 ministers to pick him up for school.

She had put on a cute outfit, dancing in the mirror applying light makeup. She knew there was going to be a fight at least between Sam and Tory.

Ophelia grabbed her bag putting her phone in her pocket, grabbing the keys off the counter, and heading out the door.

While driving Ophelia let her mind wander just for a second.

What if something bad happens today?

What if the plan goes wrong?

It won't go wrong.

Focusing back on the road she made a turn into Hawks driveway, she sent him a quick text to know that she was there, checking the mirror again She fixed her lip gloss. Hawk had opened the passenger side door, sitting in the seat huffing.

"What's wrong?" Ophelia asks looking over at him.

"Miguel's freaking out, he said Sam and him kissed and it brought up old feelings and now he's confused. I had to hear him talk about it all last night" Hawk ranted rubbing his temples.

"Wait he's confused, didn't Sam get with the guy she practically told him not to worry about" She fumed starting the car up and pulling out.

"Yea" he mumbled rubbing his head. "My head hurts and listening to teachers doesn't sound like fun"

"Tell me about it" She sighed looking over then back to the road.

He places his hand on her thigh rubbing it while she drives, scrolling on his phone.

Ophelia pulls into the school parking lot, parking and putting her keys in her bag.

"Are you ready?" She raises an eyebrow looking at a tired Hawk.

"I just want a nap" He whines causing Ophelia to roll her eyes.

"Come on you big baby" she rushes as he opens the car door getting out waiting for her.

Ophelia gets out of the car walking by hawk, he grabs her hand making sure everyone knows his hers. She smiled at the gesture. As They walked into the crowded school.

Almost everyone looked at them while they walked making sure to move out of their way, not wanting Hawk to hurt them.

Assface and a few other boys walked behind the pair following them into the lunchroom for breakfast. Ophelia wasn't that hungry but Hawk wanted to sit and talk to his friends.

Sitting down at the circle lunch table, Hawk pulled Ophelia closer when Kyler looks at her from across the lunchroom. Giving Kyler the death stare, he grabs under Ophelias chin pulling her into a quick kiss.

Ophelia sat in silence as Hawk talked to the guys. She looked to her left noticing Kyler staring at her, after they made eye contact she looked away, Hawk noticed the interaction looking to his side at Ophelia with a 'what the fuck' expression.

"Why were you staring at him?" Hawk fumed, as Ophelia looked at Hawk.

"I felt him staring at me, so I looked his way that's it. What's your problem" Ophelia sighed as the guys started getting up heading to class since the bell just rung.

"Nothing" Hawk said getting up leaving Ophelia sitting there. She huffed getting up and following him to their shared 1st hour. Feeling the tension between them Ophelia grabbed his arm making him stop and turn around with an angry expression.

"Look I'm sorry but I don't understand why your mad" Ophelia admitted still holding on to his arm.

"I'm not mad" Hawk lied looking away from the shorter girl.

"Then why are you acting like this?" She scrunched up her eyebrows.

"Like what?" He states in an annoyed manner stepping closer to her, she took a step back making Hawk scrunch up his eyebrows.

"You're being a dick" Ophelia mumbled walking away, Hawk stayed standing in place cursing under his breath.

Sitting by Hawk in her first hour Ophelia waited for Tory to go through with her plan.

Hawk and Ophelia still weren't talking. She ignored him as he moved closer to her.

"Look I'm sorry, I'm just having a bad day" Hawk explained whispering to her, she looked away.

Looking back at him, his face softened and he had a glint of sadness in his eyes, she thought about it for a little.

"It's fine, but don't ever take your bad days out on me again" Ophelia hesitated and Hawk nodded in response slightly smiling.

"Hey... what... your not supposed to be in here" The announcers voice echos through the school making Ophelia shift uncomfortably. The plan is in motion, gulping she looked over at Hawk who was now talking with Miguel.

"Samantha Larusso, you know what you did, and now you're gonna pay for it" Torys voice booms through the school.

Hawk turned to look at Ophelia who had a dark smile upon her lips, he knitted his eyebrows together.

"What did you do?" Hawk softly questioned making Ophelia turn to him.

"Nothing" she responded putting her things in her book bag.

"I'm coming for you, bïtch!" Tory snarled in the microphone.

Ophelia put her bag over her shoulders, preparing her self for what's about to happen. Hawk noticed her packing and did the same.

The bell ringed making students get up, and head for the exit. Ophelia, Hawk and Miguel where the first ones out.

"You fucked up miguel" Ophelia growled as Hawk walked in the middle of them.

"I know" he sighs looking down at his feet. Ophelia scoffed rolling her eyes.
The group ran trying to find Tory and Samantha.

Sprinting they found them circling each other. Miguel tried to get to them but that wasn't apart of the plan, Ophelia stepped in front of him.

"Move" Miguel hissed making Hawk look between the two.

"Not gonna happen" Ophelia stood her ground. Miguel was about to push her out of the way when Hawk stepped in.

"Bro you know we're cool but if you lay a hand on her" Hawk warned as Miguel rolled his eyes in defeat.

"I saw what you did at the party" Tory smirked, Sams face fell.

"You kissed Miguel" Tory states, behind Tory Robby heard it all, his heart broke as he stared at Sam.

Tory throws a punch, Sam dodges it, Troy throws more all being dodged by Sam.

Tory lands a kick on Sam stomach making her fly back into Ophelia and Hawk.

Ophelia kicks her leg while pushing her, Sam flys forwards were Tory lands another kick to her side, Sam falls to her knees.
