Birthday

AHHH! Today's April 1st, SO YK WHAT THAT MEANS!! THE TWINS BIRTHDAYS

Y/n and I had a steady relationship. We had been dating for exactly 45 days already. Every moment with her seemed precious.
But today would be day number 46, and a special one indeed. It is me and George's birthday. We made up about a week after Valentine's day, wanting to patch it up before the most honorary day of the year, April Fools Day.
Today, we had an excuse to pull pranks. I made sure Y/n was cool with this, and her being the absolute goddess she is, said she would help us.

This one would be pulled on Draco Malfoy.

Our nemesis since he showed up to Hogwarts. He had acted like he ran the school on his first day, and he also bullied our boy Harry.

He had this coming.

He was particularly obsessed with his hair. I have no clue how anybody, including himself, could like that bleached blonde hair, but he does.
But this wouldn't be any normal prank, no, we were going to dye his hair bright red, to show Gryffindor spirit of course.
But Draco would not be able to get it out, because George and I were the only ones who were aware that this spell existed.

As I was thinking more about my plan, I heard the door open. All of the boys on the dormitory were in their beds, sleeping, because it was 6 in the morning on a Saturday. So who could this be?
"Alright, who's here?" I asked, with an icy tone in my voice.
"I can leave if you want me to, I just wanted to say Happy Birthday," said Y/n in a small voice.
"Oh!" I exclaimed, sitting up.
"Well- er- Happy Birthday. I guess I will be leaving now."
I jumped out of bed and grabbed her wrist as she turned to go.
"Don't leave," I said firmly, not loosening my hold. I pulled her closer to me, and connected our lips. I pulled away rather quickly, though, and she pouted. I chuckled, wrapping my arms around her.
"I'm going back to bed, you can come with.." I said, dragging her over there. I hope I didn't give her the intention of doing anything, because I truly just wanted to sleep, but I didn't want to part with her.
"Good. I got up rather early this morning, so I was hoping you didn't want to start your birthday festivities yet."
I dragged the covers over my shoulders, making sure that every part of her was covered. Apart from her head, of course, so she could breath.
She turned and nuzzled her face into my neck, pulling me closer to her. I pulled her on top of me, for warmth and to close any gaps between us. She rested her head on my chest, drifting off to sleep. Of course she looked beautiful in her sleep.

I awoke with a start, forgetting another human was in my bed. She sat up, looking dazed.
"As much as I would love to stay here with you, I must get down to the Quidditch pitch," I said, checking the time. She nodded groggily, getting out of my bed and going back to her dormitory.
"Freddie, at least go to the Astronomy tower if you're going to do it with a girl."
"Aw, poor thing. But we didn't even do anything. Just slept."
"Mhm," he said with a smirk.

About three hours later, I found myself reading in the Common Room, waiting for Y/n to come and walk with me to the lunchroom. I was perfecting the plan.

She came rushing down, "Sorry I'm late!" she exclaimed, barreling towards me.
   "Happy Birthday, again!" she squealed.
I breathed in her rose scent, and took her arm in mine. We walked downstairs, and I gave her a sly smile eyeing Malfoy. She winked and went to go sit with Lavender.

"Crinus Armuto!" I mumbled, pointing my wand in his direction.
I stumbled upon this spell by accident. I was in Transfiguration and said the wrong enchantment, but when I aimed it to my tiny lock of hair, it turned a very bright red. It is still there.
He was snickering to Crabbe and Goyle the last I saw him. I stalked off to Y/n looking innocent. As I sat down, I heard the whole school gasp as they noticed his hair. I hid my smirk, not wanting him to figure out it was me who was guilty, though he would probably infer that.
"I think it's almost time for Quidditch," I said to   Y/n, as I kissed her on the cheek and bolted out to the pitch.

"FRED!" Angelina shrieked. "WATCH OUT FOR CHO CHANG. SHE'S TAILING YOU!" I tore my eyes away from Y/n who was decked out in red and gold. I couldn't help but smile, even though we were losing by 10 points.
I flew around the pitch as fast as my broom would let me, which wasn't very fast considering it had been handed down from generations. The game was moving very slow, because nobody could find the Snitch and nobody seemed to be able to score any goals. I was also very distracted by Malfoy's hair in the stands, so I was really lacking on my part.
I saw Harry go into a deep dive towards the ground, and I was confused for a moment until I followed his gaze.
The Snitch! We would win this! His fingers grazed it before it decided to move again, but this time he was ready. He followed it, and nearly fell off of his broom trying to grab it, but he succeeded.
Everyone cheered and I went to clap Harry on the back. I approached him, and his face split into a smile.
"Happy Birthday!" He yelled over the noise. I knew he wouldn't be able to hear a response, so I gave him a reassuring thumbs up. I went back to the ground to meet up with Y/n.

Upon landing, she was jumping up and clapping for me.
"I'm assuming we won, but I dunno considering I know absolutely nothing about sports." I chuckled, pulling her into a hug. "Yes, we won. And I especially won, considering I get to hold you in my arms."
