Long ago, in a faraway land in Ancient Greece, it was the golden age of gods and prosperity of heroes. The greatest and strongest of all, was a boy named Harry Potter.

You may have heard of him. But... What is the measure of a hero? Must he--

"Oh my god, would you listen to him?" Ginny groaned, "He's making this sound like some tragedy!"

"Lighten up, Joan!" Luna smiled.

"We can take it from here, darling," Hermione said. Typical.

Hermione came forth, "We are the muses. There are five of us total, Ginny, Luna, Pansy, Lavender, and me, Hermione. We're goddesses of arts and proclaimers of heroes!"

"Heroes like Harry Potter," Pansy said.

Ginny whistled, "Sweetie, you mean Hunky Potter. Man, I'm lesbian but for him--"

Hermione shot her a look. Ginny just smirked and pressed a kiss to Luna's cheek. "Our story begins many eons ago, when the Earth was new and the world was... well, 'down on it's luck'. Gigantic titans ruled over it, causing chaos and agony."

"Chaos reigned and earthquakes and volcanoes buried the world!" Lavender squealed.

"Then along came James Potter, ruler of the gods and god of lightning and thunder! He struck down the titans and trapped them deep down in the center of the waters, so they couldn't escape and had to serve their sentence there forever!" Pansy said, with wide-eyes.

Hermione nodded, "And though that seems made-up--"

"It's the gospel truth," Luna said.

"Now, James had human qualities, as well. He could love and be loved. He found a goddess named Lily Evans, the goddess of women and marriage. James fell in love immediately, and it took him seven years to get her to even think about it!" Lavender said.

"But it paid off, because the two got married and had their son, Harry Potter."

Harry giggled, and Lily cradled their sweet baby boy in their arms. Harry turned one years old today, and they held a celebration for the new god. She placed him back in his crib, James coming up behind her and gazing lovingly at their child.

"Ah, look at this," James said, "Our beautiful boy. Strong, charming... such a cutie pie."

Lily laughed, brushing their son's face gently with her thumb. "Sorry! Coming through!" They heard a familiar voice. They turned to see their good friend, Sirius, god of messengers, arriving. "Hello dear family!"

They smiled at him. "Hello, Sirius," Lily said. Sirius presented them with a bouquet

"Remus wanted to come, he really did, but I'm afraid he had to deal with some problem down on earth, you know how it is," Sirius sighed, "He'll visit tomorrow, no doubt about it. He did the arrangement, though, isn't that sweet?"

Remus was the god of plant life and flowers. It suited him, really.

James then stood taller, announcing to the crowd of gods and goddess: "On behalf of my son, Harry, I'd like to thank you all for your kind gifts!" There was a polite applause.

James then turned and kissed Lily on the forehead, who said, "What about our gift, dear?" James thought for a moment, then reached down and grabbed parts of different clouds. A little cirrus, a touch of nimbostratus, and a dash of cumulus.
