"Hey Nara, I need to get something, I'm coming in" I said just before entering the bathroom. "Who were you talking to ?" I asked.
"Umm.." Nara said, looked at the empty window and replied, "No one, I guess".
"Okay then.. I think it's going to be amazing here. I mean did you see Jax ?" I told her excitedly.
"I did see him, but I think you'd have a better chance if you actually talked to him" Nara told me, as I put on my mascara, and lipgloss.
"Easier said than done" I answered. Then I added, "I'm going on a walk around the neighbourhood, wanna come ?".
"Sure, let me just get dressed" Nara replied.
About an hour later, we were back from our little walk. As we walked past Jax's house, he was again standing in his garage but this time with a black haired guy that I didn't recognize.
"Who's that ?" I asked Nara.
"That's uh.." She said.
"Oh hey ! It's the girl from the shower !" The guy yelled out and motioned for us to come to them.
"You know him ?!" I whispered to Nara as we made our way towards them.
"Kinda, he's the one I was talking to through the bathroom window" She answered.
Seeing the nervousness in Nara's eyes when we got to the boys and feeling that she had a 'thing' for this guy, I decided to help her out a bit. Though before I could, the black haired guy interupted me.
"Who's this elf ?" he smirked and motioned to me.
"I AM NOT THAT SHORT !" I yelled at him in fury. "But her on the other hand," I said pointing to Nara, "is supermodel material, am I right ?"
"Yeah she really is" Jax said. I completely forgot he was here. When he said that, it kind of hurt, and I could feel my face turning red. "Awe, what's wrong kiddo ?" Jax then asked me.
"Nothing. Everything is absolutely just fine" I replied. I was pretty used to guys doing this, calling Nara pretty and all, but it never hurt as much as the moment when Jax said it.
Feeling the tension, the black haired guy said, "I'm Matt by the way, and you are ?"
"I'm Alli and this is the supermodel Nara" I said nodding my head towards Nara, my face with a pissed off expression. "I gotta go" I added and turned around.
"Hey, don't go yet !" someone said while grabbing my arm. I turned to see it was Jax. "Why would you walk away from two damn good looking guys ?" he added.
"You're so full of yourself" I told him.
"Ouch, that hurts" he said holding his chest. "But you know it's true" he added, winking at me. Of course I know it's true, who wouldn't think you're attractive ? I thought to myself.
I looked over his shoulder, and saw that Nara and Matt were finally starting to flirt.
"Hey ! What are you doing ?" I asked Jax as he took off his shirt.
"What ? It's hot here" he answered and smiled at me. Jax went to a cooler in his garage, took out a coke, and offered me one. Being my usual clumsy self, as I made my way over to him, I tripped on a rock that came out of no where. Next thing I knew, I was leaning against Jax, my hands on his abs. We were looking into eachothers eyes, and he licked his lips. Oh how badly I wanted to kiss him right now.
He must've seen me blushing because what he said next hurt even more, "Hahaha, you're so easy to get" he said this so arrogantly as if that's all he wanted to do, get me then leave me.
Pushing him away, I turned around with tears streaming down my face and ran home.
