Nara's p.o.v.
We went to meet the guys by their car , but when we got there only jax was standing by it .
“Uhh , where’s Matt ? “ I asked trying to sound cool , when in reality I was devastated he wasn’t here .
“Went with some friends some place.” Jax shrugged getting into the car
The drive to and from school is quite short and I thought that was a blessing . I couldn’t take watching Alli making googly eyes at jax while he was driving . And the occasional time he caught Alli staring and she would look away blushing .
“Thanks for the ride ! “ We called getting into our house
“MOM !! DADD !!” Alli yelled , but there was no response .
We walked into the kitchen and saw box of pizza with a note on top of the box,
“Girls ,
I HATE my job , please save me . We’re in Florida for five days . Don’t do anything stupid ! Moneys in the cookie jar .

“THIS . IS . AWSOMEE !!” Alli yelled right when the front door swung open .
It was Matt ?
“What makes you think you can just walk in like that !” I yelled at him. “What if I was naked!”
“That would be amazing.” He slurred his words. Looking at him , his eyes where red and his mouth was dry .
“Are you high !” Alli shot at him.
“No. I mean … Yes .. Not really , maybe . Do you have food ?” He tripped up over his words .
“You’re disgusting. “ Alli said walking out of the front door and walking towards Jax’s house .
“Theres pizza. “ I said pointing to the box on the counter.
“Rubba dub dub , thanks for the grubb.” He yelled running towards the pizza .
I just stood there in awe . Do I actually have feelings for that .. thing standing in my kitchen.
Matt and I sat there on the kitchen floor eating our slices of pizza , Not a lot of words where exchanged.
Matt looked up from staring at his slice of pizza and looked me in the eyes. And said " Why don't you like me."
My heart started pounding and I could feel my face turning red.
" I.. Umm. Well . I .. Cause .. Umm. You're so careless " it was the first thing that came into my mind.
"Careless is fun". He said standing up
The next thing I knew Matt grabbed me by the hand and pulled me out of the house.
He ran down the street pulling me along. I ran on the hot pavement without shoes on. He pulled my through a Trail between two peoples houses and on the other end of the trail was a little park. It had two stings , Monkey bars and a wide slide.
We walked to the park out of breath. Standing on the hot sand looking into matts eyes. The adrenaline was still rushing through me when Matt pulled something out of his pocket.
" Matt ! Is that a joint " I scowled him. "You where just high"
"Yea , But you wheren't" he said smirking and pulled out a lighter and lit the little roll in his fingertips.
My heart started to pound. I didn't know what to do. I watched Matt take a puff of the joint. It made him look sexy in a completely 'bad ass' way. It was already almost half way burned out when I grabbed it and said
" So ... Being careless is fun ? " I asked before taking a little puff. WHAT THE HELL WAS I DOING. I'm a good person , I don't do this kind of stuff.
We went on the swings for a while laughing the whole time. Matt jumped off the swing and landed in the sand in a heap.
"Are you okay. " I laughed getting off the swing.
"Peachy keen Jelly Bean " he said grabbing me by the waist and droping himself at the bottom of the slide pulling me down with him.
We laughed there for a bit and he started hugging me , He pulled me closer. My heart was beating so hard he could probably feel it , being so close to me. I put my head on his chest and we just layed there like that.
Alli's p.o.v.
When I left my house, I started walking towards Jax's house but I stopped half way up his drive way.
"Should I go in ?" I whispered to myself and debated whether I should or shouldn't.
"Hey ! Don't just stand there, come on in !" I heard Jax yell. I looked up and saw him sitting on the roof of his house.
"Um.. okay" I said and went inside. After about 15 minutes of looking for a way to get onto the roof, I finally found it. Trying to act calm and casual as I climbed the roof towards Jax, I stood up and walked towards him. But being my usual clumsy self, I tripped.
"Ahahaha, you should've seen your face" Jax said, laughing.
"And what if I fell off the roof ?" I asked him.
"Don't worry, I'd catch you" he replied and winked at me.
Once I got to Jax, I sat down beside him and we sat in silence for a bit, watching the view from all the way up here.
"Uh.. Jax ?" I said a bit shyly.
"Yeah ?" he said, turning his attention to me.
"I..uh..I'm kinda..sorta..really scared of heights" I told him.
"Oh. Sorry, didn't know" he said and started to get up.
"No, no. It's okay, we can stay. As long as I don't fall or look directly down" I told him.
He looked at me for a few seconds and then told me to come closer to him. When we were sitting right against eachother, he put his hands around my waist. I slipped on the roof, but he held me tight and whispered into my ear, "Don't worry, I got you". Was this really happening right now ? Was I really sitting on the roof with the most popular guy in school ? I thought to myself.
I watched as a few cars drove by and the next thing I knew everything went dark.
"Alli, wake up" I heard Jax say.
"Huh ?" I said sleepily, "Where am I ? Oh shit !" I said as I looked down from the roof.
"You fell asleep. Don't worry it was only like 5 minutes" Jax said, and that's when I noticed he had his hands around my waist and I started blushing.
"Let's go on a walk" he said smiling and helped me stand up and get off the roof without falling.
After about half an hour of just walking around in silence, we got to a park.
"What the hell ?" I said to Jax as I saw Nara and Matt lying on the slide, Nara's head on his chest.
We walked closer, and as we stood right infront of them, I saw that Nara had the biggest smile on her face. I was so happy for her, I was so happy for both of us.
