RECOVERY Pt. 4...

Here is the last part of her recovery!! I may do some time skips in this just to speed it up a little.

It has been about six weeks since I was discharged from the hospital, and I completely moving out of my apartment to go live with Jon in Cincinnati. Not gonna lie, it's gonna be great having someone to talk to everyday. 

But in between me moving in, the Pay per view Money In The Bank came and went. Jon was a part of the show, and I watched it at home. Of course I was routing for Jon. But things didn't go as planned. Yes, Jon had managed to get his hands on Colby, and make him pay for what has happened, but if it weren't for Kane, Jon could be the winner right now. 

But about a week after, Jon came home so he could help me with some things.

And I have actually moved down from a freaking huge brace that goes from my thigh down to ankle, to a brace that is more of a knee brace.

I still need the crutches, but Jon and I work on me getting to walk a little without them each day. In about a month, I have to go to physical therapy. I'm not the most excited about it, but its whatever.

Jon has tried to forbit me from doing anything that involves standing. But when I found out that he does things better on a grill instead of a stove, I kind of had to step in.

Like last week, we didn't feel like going out, but we wanted something simple. So I decided to make my grandma's homemade steak and potato soup with Fa'apapa. *sweet coconut bread* and Jon loved it!! And so once a week, I will make some sort of Samoan meal, and even though this is the second week of me doing this, he has loved the meals.

I even taught him how to make my papa's soup for when I'm sick and I can't make it. I taught him, so I can rely on Jon.

The cool thing is, Jon has to go and film his new movie, "12 Rounds: 3 Lockdown" Pretty soon. I'm so happy for him.

I am currently making one of Jon's favorite meals. Steak, shrimp and mushrooms. He decided to go out with Joe and a few friends from work. He wanted to stay so that he could keep an eye on me, but I could tell he also wanted to go have some fun. So I practically pushed him out the door, and here I am. As I made work on the shrimp, the door opened, and he broke out in a smile. Once he saw what I was making, he was quick to help set the table. Sometimes he acts like a kid, it's adorable. He grabbed a beer for himself, while he grabbed a soda for me. *Lelani doesn't drink alcohol a lot*

We sat down and had dinner, and we enjoyed the rest of the night, by watching movies, and falling asleep on the couch.

*Time Skip to a couple of months*

I am so stoked! I get to finally train in the performance center . So I can finally get back in the ring soon. Currently, Jon is filming his movie, and he doesn't know that I'm training to come back into the ring, Joe doesn't know either. The only ones that know is The Bella's, AJ, Tamina, Naomi, and some really close friends that are in NxT. We all decided to train together. We were all gonna help each other out by working new moves. 

Physical Therapy went good. I mean, they helped me get back on my feet, and they helped me get to the point where I can start training to make a return to the job I love most. 

I walked into the gym, and was met by everyone. The Bella's, AJ, Naomi, and Tamina surrounded me in a huge hug. Just then, we heard cheering. I turned around to see Mercedes, Ashley, Pam, and Rebecca. Aka, Sasha Banks, Charlotte, Bayley, and Becky Lynch.

We talked for a while, then decided to work out. I'll skip all the boring talk. We worked out, and I stretched my leg out. Then, we went in the ring. We wrestled for a while, and I did amazing! I was kind of scared at first, but I ended up "pinning" Tamina, and winning the "match" Mercedes and I teamed up to take on the twins. And we won by applying the Justice Isn't free and the bank statement, and they tapped out.

By the end of the time of us training, we were sore. I was hurting a little bit more, but it was worth it in my opinion.

We stood in the parking lot talking, when I got a call. It was from Vince.

I answered the call, and the girls quieted down. Ashley wrapped an arm around my shoulder, while AJ held onto my hand. I was scared. What is his reasoning for calling me?

"Lelani. I have some amazing news. The doctors have informed me that you are medically cleared. You can come back to the ring whenever you want."- Vince

I laughed, and thanked him then hung up.

The girls all looked at me with worry.

"What did he say?!"- Girls

"He said I'm cleared to come back!!"- Lelani

YASS!!
