Title The title is very common, you can try using synonyms of miracle in-place of the main word to make it look more attractive. I would suggest you to not capital the whole title and keep only the first letter of both words in capital. Don't add "..." ellipsis in the title, this gives unprofessional vibes to the book.
Cover The cover is very simple and isn't eye catchy. Also the font used in it, isn't matching. The story refers how the male MC finds his luna, so the cover should refer to a she wolf getting crowned or something, to make it more interesting.
Blurb The blurb felt super casual to be honest. I actually got the idea of whole plot which isn't what blurb do. Blurb are supposed to be short but crisp (mystery factor) that interest your attention. Here your blurb is short but not crisp. I would suggest you to add "some dialogues" in start and then start the book or else try capturing the mystery in it.
Tags The tags are actually good and I don't think there is any need of tags more than these.
Overall Change the title, cover and blurb as soon as possible. Make it more interesting and mysterious to intrigue readers towards it.
