Chapter 62

Mohit's POV

" Come have food. " I caught her hand and pulled her with me.

" Please, leave me alone. I am having a headache. "

" Oh, God!! Why didn't you tell me earlier? " I asked but she didn't say anything.

" Say something... and why did you have to cook food ?? We could have ordered food. " I said.

" It's my job to make food... " she said.

" Enough !! Not another word... Have a medicine... But have food first. " I was annoyed with her behaviour.

What was her problem??  Why was she so serious about this job thing??

"  I can't eat. "

"  This option is not available... Have food and take medicine. Do you want me to call the doctor?? "

" No, I will be fine. " She said.  I served some food for her on a plate. And gave it to her. Then I took out medicine as well.

" Do as I say... It is an order. "  I said in a friendly way.

" Yes sir... " She said sarcastically.

Oh, please yaar!!

" What is it Srusti?? "

" Nothing !!! "

" No, there is something... I can feel it... "

" Please, I need to sleep... Can I go??" She asked not looking at me. It seemed that she was about to cry anytime. 

I didn't know how to react... I was feeling very helpless. What happened to her?? Why was she behaving like this?? She has been acting weirdly since I kissed her. Did she get offended because I kissed her?

Somehow, I didn't feel like that... did she ??

Was she angry with me for crossing that line, I had drawn before convincing her to have that marriage on paper??

Was it the reason, why she was behaving like this, calling me sir, boss, master and Mr Paul?? It was so long since she called me Mohit Ji... I missed her calling me that. I would have given anything to hear me call that.

Was it her way to remind me to stay away from her as I had promised I would ??

No !!! I didn't feel anything for her at that time. But now... I have been developing feelings for her. I was using every ounce of self-control to stay away from her.

And things intensified even more since I kissed her last night... I have not been able to get her out of my mind. 

But what did she say after I apologized?? I didn't understand that?? I was already preoccupied with the hot kiss, we exchanged and then with that threatening phone call from Robin.

My mind was not working properly. I was worried over srusti's safety. So I didn't even remember, exactly what she said and what did she mean by that?? 

It was all so confusing... had to clear everything with her... I had to tell her about my feelings, my preferences in the past and my relationship with Robin.

She had barely touched the food. I was about to tell her to eat but just then the doorbell chimed I went to open the door. I saw Maya and Viraj along with the kids.

" Hey !!! Good to see you all. Wow!!  my little champs are also here to see me?? "

" No, we came to see Mami... We missed her. Maamiii "  Myra said and ran towards her. Viren also followed her after saying hello to me.
