Chapter 81

Mohit's POV

Sahil talked to Samar, who was a very famous lawyer, to tell him about the whole situation and he gave his suggestions to us. He also said that he would make a very strong case against him with the help of evidence and then he talked to the police as well.

Gagan requested Srusti to forgive him and drop the charges against him. But she looked away. He kept pleading in the name of his wife and children.

He said that his wife would go into labour anytime now.

Srusti started crying and looked at me with her tearful eyes. I wanted to kill him for touching her but she loved her sister, so I nodded my head.

" Listen, I can drop the charges against you but I have a few conditions. " I said to that cheap man.

" What?? Please tell me. "

" One ,  You will apologize to Srusti on your knees in front of your wife and will tell her what you did to Srusti. "

" No, please..."

" Then please go to hell... I mean jail." I said.

" My wife and my son would hate me forever."

" You deserve it. Do it or go to jail."

" Ok..."

" And second, that you will become the prime witness and tell us and police whatever you know. The whole planning and execution of this failed attempt at crime. Right here Right now." I said and he nodded.

Robin told him not to speak a word till his lawyer comes but Gagan was not such a tough nut as Robin.  He agreed to tell everything.

" That day, I met her in the mall and... I misbehaved with her. That other man hit me a lot but he left me because of Srusti. I was really fuming with rage when this Robin came to meet me.  He asked me If I wanted revenge from her?? I was very angry so I nodded and he said that he would give me 50 lakhs if I would help him. I always wanted her to give me her part of the inheritance just like her sister did. He said that I could get the property paper signed in my name and do whatever I wanted with her. He just wanted her away from Mohit's life. "

Robin was annoyed but Gagan had already accepted and it was recorded by police.

" So bloody cheap... how could you plan like this against him?? He trusted and liked you." Sahil said.  Robin smiled sarcastically.

"  What did you think, Mohit, that I would not come to know about your feelings for her??  I had a doubt when Charles told me that you were with a nice plain girl... You already had her in your life when you came to meet me in Mumbai. Then our friends told me that you were in Paris with some girl. I enquired about you and got to know that you had married her secretly. You didn't bother to tell me that you got married. "

" How did you found out?? " I asked.

" Oh, thanks to your mom... She had posted your pictures on her social media. I already knew she was your wife when I went to your penthouse in your absence. I wanted her out of your life. I hate her. "  He said and I was about to pounce on him but Viraj and sahil held me tightly.

" Get lost, Robin !! You wanted to ruin my Srusti. I will destroy you and your career." I said clenching my fist and teeth.

"  Please take him away. I have given you all the evidence. Make sure he does not even get bail." Sahil said to the police officer. They took both of them.

I thanked Sahil for helping me and he just hugged both of us, " So, you would thank me for helping you in saving my sister?? I would have come anyway, you are Manu's best friend.  I swear, I wanted to bury that cheap man at least 6 feet under the soil with the pit filled with all kinds of poisonous insects and leeches. "
