Once upon a time there lived 2 young 10-year-old boys, Sion and Kei, who were playing in a grassy meadow 4 miles from home with their horses, Stardust and Lightning. They laugh and enjoy themselves by rolling in the grass and racing to see who’s fastest on foot vs. on horseback, who can do the fastest mount and dismount when moving vs. standing still. They race bareback without their horse gear when a storm starts to roll in, they put the gear back on and head home racing the whole way through the meadow and the forest that leads to it while winding through the trees . Both horses are at full gallop until they reach the trodden down path leading home. The storm rolls in fast as then begin to feel the sudden chill in the air and the feel of rain about to unleash hell upon them. They must hurry, or they’ll get trapped by the river rising and deep slippery mud when they reach the bridge the river is overflowing its banks and moving dangerously fast over the bridge. They dismount and use the reins to guide Stardust and Lightning across the bridge. Moving cautiously so as not to fall in and get swept away by the river as it’d be deadly to all of them once safely across they mount again and take off mud is violently kicked up by the horses hooves the cold wind, chill in the air and them being soaked has them all shivering. Kei and Sion gently soothe Stardust and Lightning “it’s ok, it’s ok, we’ll be home soon” as they race through the storm back home to Sion’s place
