Story 3

Kim Seok Jin and Moon Byulyi, both idols from two famous groups, had been together for quite a while. And a while, they meant five years. They hid their relation away from the camera and public, as what other idol couples would do. However, what happened when they could no longer do so?

"Jinnie, what should we do?" Byulyi asked as the male entered her apartment after receiving a call from her earlier that evening. "We are in deep trouble."

"What happened, Byul ah? I didn't get you clearly over the phone earlier."

The female then handled him a stick. A pregnancy kit, causing the male to widen his eyes.

"Really?!" Jin asked to confirm.

"There's two lines! Freaking two lines!" Byulyi exclaimed. "What should we do? Abort it?"

"Mwo?! What nonsense are you talking about?" Jin said with his eyes opened wide in shock as he heard the female. "Why will you even suggest that?!"

"Jinnie, our careers are at stake, especially yours. Your group is on the way to higher heights. What will your fans think about you and your group when the news leaks out? It will destroy all your hard work!"

Pulling the girl into his arms, Jin slowly patted her back to calm her down.

"I'm sure the managers will do something about it. Unless you don't want the baby?"

"Of course not!" Byulyi refuted immediately. "But what will happen to our groups? Our members?"

It did not take long for both their agencies to be informed on the news. Byulyi had yet to pay a visit to the hospital for a thorough check and confirmation. She had intended to do so when both sides reached an agreement on the matter.

The CEOs from both agencies and the couple, as well as the managers and leaders from both groups, met up in Byulyi's management office and had a three-hour long discussion.

The conclusion? Byulyi would take hiatus and her members would focus on solo activities during her pregnancy. Jin would carry on with his planned schedule and they would only release the news after the baby is born.

Solar felt that it was unfair to her member and raised her opinion. She was dumbfounded when she heard the answer from the other agency.

"You can send her for abortion if you are unhappy with the arrangement."

This was the reply she received from one of Jin's junior managers. The female leader turned to look at her member. On one glance, she knew that Byulyi was in distressed mode. She was biting her lips till they were turning pale.

True enough, Byulyi was under a lot of stress ever since she knew that she was pregnant. Her period was late for nearly three months, prompting her to do the test. As much as she hoped she was worrying for nothing, the truth was the opposite of what she thought. She felt guilty towards everyone who were in the room, as well as the members from both teams.

"Byul ah. It is okay. We will face the problem together." The leader said to her as she placed her hands on her shoulders, rubbing them to ease her tension. "Don't blame yourself."

"Unnie." Byulyi looked at her leader with tears gathering in her eyes.

Jin also knew that his girlfriend was under a lot of pressure during the entire meeting. In fact, he was observing her reaction throughout the meeting and had not really paid any attention to the discussion. He wanted to run towards his girlfriend to calm her down. But he was told by his junior manager to keep a distance from the girls, which he could not understand.

He wanted to hug the female and console her, but before he could even walk up to her, Solar had already dragged her into their office. His junior manager, Yang-ssi, was also looking sternly at him, with an eye gaze that signalled at him to behave appropriately, since there might be cameras around the office.
