Chapter 17: Three Months

Y/n's POV

My training had a fruitful outcome. I had been practising my other magic powers for a while. Since a normal person only has one type of magic, I could only use my main magic power, which is blood dragon slaying, to its full potential, others I could only use to a certain limit. And the certain limit that I could use, I was happy to say that I had mastered it all. I know within such a short time, I needed to be a god to manage that. But I had been trying to master it for a while now. I have gone through heavy training since that day, the day I saw her for the last time. So, you should say that it took me a long time, a very long time. But now that I have, there is nothing more to learn.

So, let me run you through all that I can do now. I can create tsunamis and control water when I'm near one. If I'm near a water surface, especially an ocean then my opponent is near as dead cause I'm that powerful. But unlike Juvia and others, I can only use my water dragon-slaying when I'm near water. I can make mud walls, make vines, flowers and puddles, etc. using my earth dragon slaying. Next, and my strongest, except blood dragon-slaying ofc, wind magic. I can make tornadoes/hurricanes and control objects to the point where I can even lift heavy objects using the air around them. People might think I'm controlling the object but I'm only controlling the air around me. This spell, however, is a very complex one but extremely useful.

I know that it is a bit confusing cause I can dragon slaying magic of water, wind and earth, without learning from a dragon, but it is because of my dad. I don't know how why, but I do know it is related to him somehow.

I have added some more armours in my collection and have practised fighting with it, too. All the spirits in my keys except the celestial, I asked them to train. I wouldn't be using the celestial key as I have other keys, and I'd rather have celestial mages use it.

My blood dragon-slaying however remains the same but I have experienced a new thing whenever I use my blood magic, my eyes turn red instead of my normal e/c. Blood magic in itself is ancient magic used by demons. It is very powerful. It ranks in the number one most powerful magic as I can kill a person instantly with it. Blood is one of the things that is found in everyone's day and the fact that I control it makes it clear how terrifying of power it is, which is why the Council has been bugging me to join them. The Council cannot handle anyone who can be a threat. They would take care of them either by making them join their ranks or killing them off.

They would rather go with the second option but you see, in these past three months, I've been very popular. I had met Jason, the editor of Sorcerer Weekly and he invited me instantly for a photoshoot. I trying denying but it was too late, cause before I knew it, I was already in the studio. After my photos were released in the magazine, it spread like wildfire, making it the most sold out of all the magazines in Sorcerer Weekly. Sorcerer Weekly then did a whole biography on me, and people know who I am. I get recognized a lot, too, when I'm visiting all. Thanks to this publicity, we have been getting many jobs in the guild. Most of them personally request me, but as long as the guild is doing well, I have no problem. Anyways, I was forced to join the Wizard Saints, and they gave me a unique title, more of a permanent position, you know, because of my power. I am the Zero Wizard Saint, one who can never be replaced.

I have many fans, too. Ever since I ran into Jason, my life has changed. I get love letters every day, and proposals come from everywhere. I have many fans who swarm the guild asking for my autograph. I have done many shoots for the Sorcerer Weekly as I'm in high demand, and again the publicity we are getting is helping.

I even have a name, like Erza's Titania and Natsu's Salamander, I am called 'The Blood Sorceress' and 'The Queen of my Dreams'. The second one is kinda cheesy.

The first nickname, however, I had it before. I was the most powerful female wizard of the most powerful guild, so it was common for people to give me a name, too. So, they called me 'The Enchanting Blood Sorceress' at first, but I didn't the 'enchanting' I preferred not having a title cause I was only doing my duty, but they were not taking 'no' for an answer, so they called me 'The Blood Sorceress'. Still cheesy, but I could bear it.

Just thinking about all of it makes me cringe. I don't know it just happened kind of very fast. I just wish no one follows me to my secret hideout.

Those who I fought with, however, called me 'The Devil'. Well, can't blame them. The name even got popular among the bad guys that whenever they caught sight of me, they said that 'the devil is here', Every single time.

Now, it's been seven years, things have changed. Some people still recognized me but most didn't. But I know for a fact, my 'devil' nickname would be back. They would probably say 'the devil is back'. People even called me 'the she-devil' not in a sign of disrespect, but it was more out of fear. Fear; that I enjoyed. No one probably thought of it as disrespect. They just called me that because of my strength and ruthless nature.

Sting's POV

I opened the magazine lying on the table. The first thing I see is her. She has been everywhere these past few months. She's from FairyTail from the stamp on her wrist or b/p. She was from his guild; Nastu's, which made me mad. She was very hot. I mean, it wasn't a surprise that she had took over all Fiore in just three months. Yeah, it was three months earlier than I heard the rest of the FairyTail is back. She was probably one of them. But I never heard of her before. Come to think of it, there was one Blood Sorceress may be due to their similar powers, they named her the same. But more than that, it would make more sense if they were the same person.

"Rufus?" I called. The said-man turned and walked towards me. He caught sight of the magazine I was holding as he smirked, "Pretty hot, isn't she?"

I rolled my eyes, "Have you heard of the Blood Sorceress?"

"Of course. Everyone is talking about her," he said casually.

Rogue was sitting beside me. He looked at me with curiosity along with Frosch and Lector.

"No, seven years ago, when FairyTail was the number one guild, there was one Blood Sorceress, she was feared because of her ruthless nature. Some of her victims called her 'The Devil'," I explained.

"Yes, I remember. She was a mystery. She never stayed at the guild and went on jobs. She was the strongest female wizard even beating the Titania," Rogue said.

"Now, that you say, I think I heard about her, too. I found her quite interesting for her mysterious personality. If you're saying they are the same, then she might be an intimidating foe in the games," Rufus said, pointing to the picture of her.

"You guys are scared of this girl. Just by looking at her, I can say she is weak. But even if she is this mysterious Blood Sorceress from seven years ago then it still doesn't matter. We are the number one guild who will bash any enemy we find," Minerva said.

Orga seemed to be also closely listening along with Yukino. We all cheered for her with our new found confidence.

"Now, I need to go on the mission. I'll be back soon, until then, Yukino, don't embarrass us," she said, catching Yukino's chin. The poor girl was terrified as she silently nodded.

I felt bad for her, but we weren't the strongest guild in Fiore for nothing.

I looked back at Y/n's picture. How pretty you may be, I'm sure it's all makeup, and even if it's not, I'm not gonna let my attraction towards you get in these games. If you wanna survive, you need to wreck anything that stands in your way. Even if that is a beautiful angel like you, Y/n L/n.
