It's been 3 months since Tucker came up to see me. It's almost like he doesn't care anymore. I missed him but I'm not sure he feels the same way.
I called him.
"Heyy Sonja what's up?"
"Uh...hi Tucker."
"What's wrong? You sound kinda sad."
"Nothing it's just...nothing."
"Are you sure?" He asked absently.
"It's just...you haven't come up to see me for 3 months. 3 months, Tucker."
"I know. I'm sorry. Hey why don't you come down to LA. Tom's coming to LA, so we can all meet up."
I guess if Tom is going....It's always nice to see a friend.
"Sure."
"Okay cool, I gotta go. See you soon!"
"Mhm, bye."

One week later, I find myself on a plane to LA. I'm almost more excited to see Tom than I am to see Tucker----no, no, no, no. I love Tucker, and he loves me. Right? My stomach started to hurt as I thought about it. Does he love me?

When I got to Tucker's place, Tom was already there.
"Hey there beautiful!" Tucker said.
"Hey Sonja!" Tom exclaimed.
Tom was the one that stood up and came over to hug me, not Tucker. I tried not to think about it. Tom's hug was so welcoming and warm. It felt so right in his arms...
"Come here Sonj." Tucker gestured towards himself as soon as Tom and I stopped hugging. I walked over to him and sat down right next to him. Tom took a seat on the other end of the couch.
"Guys, I have some sad news." Tom said, looking down at the floor.
"What's wrong?" I asked with concern.
Tucker seemed shocked at my concern but he seemed to not care that much.
"Tom...What's going on?" Tucker asked.
"Jess broke up with me. She said with me traveling, it would be best." Tom said, almost shedding a tear.
"Tom! I'm so sorry!" I said full of concern. I got up from sitting next to Tucker and went next to Tom. I put my head of his shoulder and wrapped my arms around him. Tucker didn't seem to even care.
"Thanks Sonja." Tom said, hugging me back.
"But hey! I can't mope about this forever right? I need to move on!"
"You're one strong ass man Tom. If I were broken up with like that, I don't know." Tucker said, biting his lip.
That made me think. I don't know why, but it did.
