[Y/N's POV]

i did my usual morning routine and left my house earlier than usual.

its been around 3 days since ive met yuri. she isn't doing anything wrong, she's pretty nice to be honest.

but i just dislike how i have less time with jungwon.

i was sitting in a lunch table with my circle of friends. yuri had already befriended all of them and they seemed to easily vibe with each other.

she's so nice towards me but i cant help but feel a little bit of envy towards her.

all of them were talking and i was peacefully eating lunch.

i sat beside jake and aera while jungwon and yuri were infront of me.

"hey, you okay?" jake quietly asked.

"yeah! why'd you ask?"

"i don't know, something about you just feels off."

"i'm perfectly fine, dont worry."

jake raised an eyebrow.

"are you sure? because to me, it seems like you're kinda pissed that someone else is all over your man."

"my- excuse me?"

"jungwon."

"okay, first, jungwon and i arent officially.. a thing.. just mutual feelings. and second, im sure theyre just,"

"friends."

jake eyed the two childhood friends who had no idea what we were talking about.

"really? because to me, it seems like you need to make a move soon."

"but, just know that,"

"im rooting for the two of you." jake lightly patted my shoulder and continued talking to the others.

i stood up and everyone turned to me.

"i- um,"

"need to use the restroom."

"oh, i'll come! ive been wanting to use the restroom." yuri smiled.

"s-sure.."

the two of us walked towards the restroom, not one of us speaking.

the silence is so fucking loud.

i walked towards the sink and yuri followed.

"say, y/n"

i was startled.

"do you.."

"use perfumes?"

'for a second, i thought she'd ask me a question about jungwon.'

"yeah. why?"

"do you use gucci?"

"what? no! i don't use those expensive perfumes. it costs like, half of my life savings." i joked.

yuri nodded.

"why'd you ask?"

"just curious."

for the past few days, yuri would wait for jungwon at the school gates and they'd walk home together.
